What a stunning and prefect house in Togendai! Washing machine, microwave, a huge refrigerator, clothes drying tools are all provided in the room is appreciated. But it’s quite noisy and annoying when ppl walking in the upper room.

事前の手続き等は英文なので慣れてないとスムーズな運びとは難しいでしょう、 ですが、手順通りに進めばチェックインに時間を取られず、かなりプライベート感があるので良かったです、 6人で利用しても広々と使えてゆっくり出来ました、 せっかくだったらバスソルトが有ればもっと最高です、ベランダも広くて緑がいっぱいで、静かで過ごしやすいです、

喜歡此酒店，我們一共4人，地方大也舒適，風景方面能看到富士山，挺美的，自助check in 及check out ,很好!

這𥚃很漂亮，房型很大，浴室超級正，有恆溫浴缸及暖氣，房間有暖氣，台底亦有暖爐，超級細心！！ 缺點： 必須要駕車才到，附近什麼都沒有 地板很乾淨，可惜床上有幾條頭髮，枕頭有少少🤏污漬 最後最扣分 以及 ‼️訂購必須注意‼️ 請入住前早2-3天問好入住PIN號碼‼️ 因為我們以為Trip.com訂單上PIN號已經是入住房間密碼，原來是你必須給villa Trip.com的PIN 碼及訂單號碼，他們才給你入住房間密碼‼️‼️‼️因為我們入住已經8點，完全聯絡不了人，要等了半小時有多才能得到密碼（vilia説之前已發email，但我們是沒有收過！！ 👆🏾👆🏾所以在此提醒大家‼️ 如果入住前三日真的沒有收過任何Villa發出的密碼email請大家必須要早2天聯絡Trip.com或者Villa取得入住密碼‼️‼️‼️

作為民宿來説，硬件沒得説。就是服務有點尷尬，全程是郵件指導入住，還沒有中文。房間沒地暖，空調不夠就放了台暖氣機（效果還行）。冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐等都有，可以自行買菜做飯，但話説周邊最近的超市都要5㎞，去哪裡買菜？ 窗簾是最大的問題，是壞的，可以窗户外有顆大樹，嚴重影響景觀。 還是那種老式百葉簾，又不遮光還拉不動。衞浴系統不錯，很智能，還可以提前設定泡澡模式。 大門口的販賣機壞了好久了都沒修，買瓶水都要跑一公里以外。沒有接送車服務。

與相片相符，設備完善，房間好整潔。 足夠兩家人入住，自駕可泊車在門口。如能提前告知入住密碼會更好，因為我晚上10:15左右才到達，致電CS有人接聽，真幸運。

It is a great quiet well maintained area. If you are visiting on a Tuesday be mindful that all walking distance food options will be closed. The couch in our villa did seem a bit worn out which was a disappointment to us.

A very lovely location! Had all necessary amenities and was extremely clean and cozy. Conveniently located next to the trail leading to the gorgeous local shrines and the sky tram. Extra points for the bus stop being right outside the Villa! :) would 100% definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our time at Villa Hakone Stage. We used this place as a base for exploring Mt. Fuji and Hakone area, and we loved this apartment and the location. It is a very modern property with all the amenities and just walking distance from Hakone Ropeway. Given the location, it will be easier for you to access this property if you travel in your own vehicle (rather than relying on public transportation).

we loved our stay at Villa Hakone stage. It was right on the water and a few minutes walk from the ropeway and boat station. if there's wind both are cancelled and then a bus is needed. the villa is clean and very nice fits 6 people comfortably. no convenience store close by so you need to plan ahead.

Great and spacious apartment, very well located. Fair price. We couldn’t stay longer because it was completely booked. Our unit was in the upper floor with a steep flight of stairs to get in - not a problem for us but just mentioning for people with mobility issues. On the other hand we had a beautiful view on a tree with fall colors from the living room!

Kitchen had barely any prep counter; no dining table & seating in kitchen.

We loved everything about this place except that we couldn’t stay longer. We were so impressed with how comfortable and clean it was. The layout is roomy and there’s a place for everything. I would definitely stay here again if I return.
