The staff were professional and friendly, but the Wi-Fi speed was slow. Shaving kit lacked shaving foam, and the humidifier in the room was not powerful enough. Overall, it’s still worth visiting again.

we absolutely love this quaint and well kept hotel. It's nicely maintained and staff are superb. Facilities, amenties, meals are fantastic. I can't wait to return again. Highly recommended.

The outside view is magnificent, though the location is quite far inside. The shutter bus is available from the hotel.

If you drive, this is the place to stay. Open air sauna for guests, amazing breakfast and dinner. In spring, the garden is in bloom, while in autumn, you can catch the autumn colours all around the area.

Around 7pm arrived hotel. With 5 luggage but no staff help with luggage. The guy with no smile. Booked 2 room & with balcony. But no balcony window view. Very disappointed.

We were late for our dinner for just 15 mins due to traffic jam and the hotel had cancelled our dinner reservation. We had no choice but to go out dinning at a restaurant nearby after checking in.

Super nice location with free shuttle bus to the pier. You may also easily get to Heiwa No Torii within 5 minutes walk and skip the long queue for the photos if getting there early or very late.

I had the lake view from my hotel room. The service was great, the food was amazing and it's within walking distance to Hakone Shrine. The hotel also have a shuttle bus going to and from Motohakone-ko, which is convenient. A pleasant experience overall and would defininely love to be back.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. Perfect accommodation, nice meals and above all, an excellent view of Mt Fuji! Can’t ask for more!

Outstanding service and amenities. Great easy location. The shuttle from Motohakone is free and quite frequent, very handy. Lovely staff and relaxing onsen. The restaurants too we very tasty.
