Ulasan Yoshiike Ryokan

Lingkungannya sangat Jepang dan elegan. Tapi anehnya lebih dari separuh front desknya adalah orang India yang bisa berbahasa Inggris kari, apakah tidak mungkin merekrut pekerja rumah tangga? Hal ini membuat orang bertanya-tanya apakah ini hotel pemandian air panas ala Jepang, apalagi seorang India paruh baya bernama KC Remant. Saya diterima olehnya dua kali. Dia tidak pernah tersenyum selama seluruh proses, sikapnya sangat sombong, dan dia tidak tersenyum. tunggu sampai kamu menyelesaikan pertanyaanmu. Hanya menyela hal-hal lain, saya akan terkejut jika orang India bernama KC ini bukan pemilik hotel atau kerabat dekat. Kualitas layanan sangat kontras dengan layanan Jepang di hotel lain di Kyoto dan Osaka beberapa hari yang lalu Secara keseluruhan saya merasa tingkat pelayanan staf hotel ini tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas dan reputasinya.

Ada orang Tionghoa di front desk hotel, dan bahasanya sangat nyaman. Ibu dan kakak di front desk juga sangat antusias. Saya menyukainya. Harganya 2650 tanpa sarapan dan makan malam. Saat check in, nyonya mengatakan bahwa ada sumber air panas dan dapat membantu Anda membuat reservasi. Saya pergi ke sana pada malam hari dan check out keesokan harinya dan diberitahu bahwa akan ada tambahan 2.200 yen. Saya bertanya dari mana asalnya dan diberitahu bahwa itu dari sumber air panas tadi malam. Nah, hotel sumber air panas tidak termasuk sumber air panas saat menginap di hotel. Kuncinya tidak disebutkan sebelumnya. Checkout saya disuruh bayar ekstra. Camilan selamat datangnya sangat buruk. Sampo , shower gel dan kondisioner yang digunakan di pemandian air panas sangat buruk, hotel sedang dalam renovasi dan sangat bising pada jam 9.

Itu sangat luas, tamannya sangat indah, dan onsennya luar biasa. itu yang terbaik Sangat menyenangkan berjalan-jalan mengenakan yukata. Susu terbaik yang saya minum sambil menikmati sumber air panas

Layanan dan pemandiannya luar biasa dengan sumber yang mengalir langsung dari sumbernya. Saya biasanya tinggal di sini ketika saya tinggal di Hakone.

Room is okay. No free water inside room. Garden is beautiful but abit expensive as well. Location is okay

This hotel is conveniently located. It is a traditional Japanese hotel with a lot of facilities. It is very beautiful, particularly the garden which is big and serene. The hot spring having both indoor and outdoor pools is impressive. The dining experience is fantastic because the setting is cosy and the food is extremely delicious. The mattresses, neither too soft, nor too hard, are very comfortable.

It's a cozy and quiet ryokan-style hotel with beautiful garden and onsen, close to the train station. Room is a little bit outdate, but most of the amenities presented. Free drinks available. A little disappoint, that they don't change men and women onsens each day to try them both :/

Hotel experience was mixed. Positive: the hotel site has a lot of history, the Japanese garden was beautiful and the best part of the hotel. The included meals were good but not spectacular - yet the setting with a view of the Japanese garden was beautiful Negative: the facility was dated with little catch up updares. Only one lock key can be provided n made my wife n my visit to the Onsen very inconvenient as we had to wait for each other all times. The outdoor access for men Onsen had to go thru a common area for men n women so need to re-clothe to get thru, not great. Facility for the Onsen bath were dated n worn out. The in room lighting was dim n equipment facility visibly outdated. The worst was I discovered a big size cockcroach in the bathroom when I got back from Onsen bath in the morning. Smashed it n picture enclosed. We had high expectations coming in to the hotels with strong recommendations by Japanese friends. Was quite underwhelmed. I had stayed at other well rated Ryokans before n most have met or exceeded my expectation. This one fell far short of it.

The location is great. The dinner is awesome with fresh seasonal ingredients, strongly recommended. The front desk service is a bit slow but very friendly. I love the beautiful garden as well. Good choice.

Nice stay . We booked traditional Japanese room, and slept on futon beds. Pillows were uncomfortable though . Our room fee included dinner and breakfast which was very nice. Dinner was tad too cold for our taste ( too many cold dishes) and breakfast was too “fishy”. Although all food was fresh and the service was impeccable. Hotel also has its own onsen , and pretty Japanese garden .

Excellent staying at this cool hotel with traditional Japanese tatami style Will come again

We stayed in this Ryokan a few years ago and am looking forward to having a great time here again. We stayed for 2 nights and chose the half board package, which included breakfast and dinner. First of all, the location is excellent, very near to the station on foot. The Japanese garden is nice but the room now is a bit old and dusty. For breakfast and dinner, the amount is good, but the quality of food is downgraded, comparing what we had before a few years ago. Probably it is because of the inflation???
