Dekat dari stasiun Gora, memiliki mobil pick-up, staf yang ramah. Pemandian air panas dan sauna yang bagus, saya akan ke sana pada kunjungan berikutnya.

Menurut saya pelayanannya cukup bagus. Makan paginya enak. Sayang sekali saya tidak bisa makan malam. Ruangan itu sangat berdebu sehingga membuat mata saya sakit dan bersin. Karena saya tidak makan malam, saya pergi ke restoran yang direkomendasikan oleh petugas meja depan.

Pengalaman keseluruhan yang sangat menyenangkan. Saya tinggal di sana satu akhir pekan selama dua malam dan satu lagi selama tiga malam. + Pemandian air panas sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan alam yang indah. Saunanya luar biasa. + Saya tidak puas dengan satu kamar dan bisa pindah ke kamar lain dengan balkon besar tanpa bertanya. + Pemandangan dari hotel sangat indah, terutama saat cuaca bagus. + Nilai uang yang luar biasa. - Bersantap di hotel hanya dapat dilakukan dengan reservasi, tidak dapat datang secara spontan untuk makan malam. - Barnya tutup. Namun Gora Brewery hanya berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki.

Hotel room was spacious. Compound was a bit old but overall clean. Onsen was small but still nice to use, with a sauna. Location was okay as long as there is transport, having the shuttle is a nice touch.

The overall hotel is built upon a much older building. In general, it was very nice but the room I had (1st floor) was dated and very worn looking. Carpets were worn and spotted (by who knows what) which made them look dirty and unkempt. Wallpaper was lifting in places. All the furnishings were scuffed and marred. That said, the beds and linens were clean, as was the bathroom. Just felt quite old and in need of refreshing. The onsen was very nice and just what you would expect. The staff were courteous and polite (as only the Japanese can be) and there were little language barriers.

It was a nice stay, I especially like the onsen. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were ok and a little overpriced, there was also no variety to choose from.

Comfortable though very dated hotel. Onsen was lovely. There is no food at this hotel unless you’ve made a prior booking at the restaurant. The staff helpfully drove us down the hill to a convenience store to get meal for dinner. If arriving in Gora, it’s quite a hike up the hill, but if you’ve a Hakone Free Pass, get on the cable car and go two stops up the hill, then it’s just a short walk along to the hotel. Very quiet location. Nice spot to base yourself for exploring Hakone, though plan ahead for your meals as very limited evening dining options in Gora.

Nice staff but very very old hotel. Wouldn't go again!

and the windows in the rooms are small not taking full advantage of the scenic mountain views. This dated but relaxed hotel has relatively inexpensive rates as compared with others in Hakoe area. The service is courteous in a Japanese way. The view from the lobby and the restaurant is wonderful. Above all, the outdoor hot spring bath, which is a cloudy white water with not too strong sulfur content, is wonderful. That may be due to the fact that I entered three times and was alone all three times.
