Mungkin karena musim sepi, banyak restoran di sekitar yang tidak buka! Saya memesan untuk 2 hari 1 malam dan berpikir saya bisa berbelanja lebih awal jika saya pergi ke sana! Akibatnya, tidak ada yang bisa dibeli di dekat sini! Satu-satunya toko serba ada juga yang tutup lebih awal. Pengingat ramah bahwa taman dan hutan pahatan di Stasiun Gora tidak boleh terlalu membosankan! Hotel ini masih sangat bagus! Tepat di sebelah stasiun, tata letak keseluruhan di dalamnya sangat elegan, dan terdapat beberapa kolam mata air panas, beberapa di antaranya dapat dipesan secara gratis! Sangat cocok untuk liburan kencan pria dan wanita! Yang paling saya sukai adalah kamar dilengkapi dengan tong kayu besar terbuka untuk ibu dan bayi berendam bersama. Paket makan dengan sarapan dan makan malam sangat enak! Hidangan ikan buntal untuk makan malam, dan hidangan ikan bakar untuk sarapan sangat kaya! Di malam hari, ada juga makan malam ramen gratis. Perlu disebutkan bahwa layanannya tidak buruk, makanan set asli tidak termasuk makanan untuk bayi, staf melihat bahwa beberapa anak juga membantu menyiapkan peralatan makan bayi, minuman, dan kursi anak. Sarapan juga membantu mengatur kamar individu yang luas. Secara umum lumayan, tapi jangan datang terlalu pagi, dan Anda tidak perlu berbelanja di sekitar stasiun!

The outdoor onsen is great. As there are a few onsens, one can easily miss out which is the good ones. The meals are okay base on the cost.

Room and facilities very nice. Free Ice-pop and yakult was quite thoughtful and nice touch outside public bath. However dinner was average, food was no taste, staff was rushing the entire meal, constantly doing something in front of my dishes on my table. This type of Japanese delicacy meal suppose to enjoy and appreciates the settings, it was very annoying that the staff constantly disturb in a rough way. After the final course, tea was served in 2 cracked Japanese tea cup. However I got how this hotel was popular, you can’t find better hotel location as this.

We stayed in the room with open bath... e room was fantastic n big... The staff is great. My hubby was having running nose due to the cold weather. we approached the front desk staff for help if they by chance have and medicine. The staff was very helpful and careful, even asked if my hubby does e running nose comes with throat pain n cough etc before providing us the tablets. Kudos to the staff .. Throughout the stay, staffs are very polite and always smiling. Hotels even provide free snacks.. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends.

Good location which is 3 mins walk from Gora Station. The Gotemba Prenium Outlet bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient and takes 35-45mins to the outlets.

Cons Very old and smells not good. It’s is very hot inside the room at night, which caused us unable to sleep well Pros Located near the train station and very accessible

The hot springs were great. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a fulfilling breakfast during our stay. I will definitely come again next time traveling in halons.

Location is great, right next to the Gora station. Big room, clean neat cozy. Very nice onsen with Japanese old school style. Great stay there!

Hotspring is brilliant here and staff service is very good and polite

Enjoyed my stay there tremendously Location is conveniently located, 2 min from Gora station which links to the cable car and trains to Hakone Yumoto (romance car to Shinjuku/Tokyo) Food is yummy and there’s free ramen for supper Enjoyed the private baths - there are only 3 so must be prepared to wait/go early

Location is really good. It was good in general but they have so many guests. I think they should be careful with cleaning and sanitariness.

Stay was pleasant. Made good use of the private onsen in the room, although one could describe it as a bathtub. The kaiseki breakfast and dinners sets were amazing. Yukata and samui outfits were provided to facilitate an authentic experience. Staff was friendly and spoke good English and Mandarin.

We used the Fuji Hakone pass and will have to stay one night in the Hakone area. We picked this hotel because it’s right next to the Gora station and later on we also found out that the bus stop to take the bus to Fuji area was just next to the hotel. They helped us to keep our luggage before we went further to Owakudani and Lake Ashi. Food is fantastic. We have dinner and breakfast at the common dining area. They didn’t offer free drinks like other onsen hotels might do. We stayed at the room with outdoor bath and found out later before the trip that the water is not real onsen water but regular water. However, with the location, this is unbeatable.
