The service was great! 🤟👍 In the evening, there is actually "late night porridge" to warm the heart and stomach! The ‘Local Breakfast’ has rich dishes, fresh fruits and snacks, and freshly cooked soy milk and tofu. The delicious food is the happiness of a foodie like me! The most surprising thing is the air runway on the roof of the hotel, where you can take a walk after a meal and eat in leisurely time."

"The stay and amenities were decent. However, I have a major issue with the complimentary afternoon tea. If you're going to offer it, don't make it such a frustrating experience. First, I waited for 10 minutes with no one around. After the front desk was contacted, a service staff member, clearly annoyed, continued with her own tasks (organizing cardboard boxes) before finally acknowledging me. She said it would be quick, but I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. So, I essentially waited there for half an hour. I eventually lost patience and went back to my room. Later, a front desk staff member delivered it to my room, and when I inquired about speaking with a manager, no one followed up with me until I checked out."

"Our stay at Kaiyuan Senbo Hotel in Nanbeihu, Jiaxing, was an absolutely amazing experience, perfect for families and especially those with infants! The hotel's setting is superb, nestled within the Nanbeihu scenic area. It's surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful lake views, with a tranquil and pleasant garden. The resort is quite large, but a free shuttle service makes getting around effortless, even with a stroller. It's wonderful for leisurely walks and enjoying the fresh air. The family-friendly facilities are excellent. The indoor 'Fantasy Island' and the year-round heated water park are fantastic, and the fully padded design ensures high safety for kids. There are plenty of pet interactions and parent-child activities, giving parents a much-needed break. I particularly want to highlight how well-suited it is for infants. They provide complimentary cribs, playpens, and baby toiletries. The resort has well-equipped nursing rooms, and the restaurants offer baby food (though I don't recommend the 68 RMB portion at Yanlai Xuan; the breakfast buffet has many great options for little ones). Traveling with young children here is completely stress-free. Nanbeihu Lake is right on your doorstep; you can walk to it from the hotel's west gate. The lakeside boardwalk, strolls by the water, and boat tours are all easily accessible. The scenic mountains and water create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making it ideal for a short getaway. Just outside the west gate, there's also a deer camp, but that's an additional charge. The hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot! There was no upselling, and the photos turned out beautifully – I couldn't resist adding a few more! Finally, I must give a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler, Puff! Her service was outstanding, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Before arrival, she proactively shared a guide and explained activity routes. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive, arranging baby essentials and ensuring we had a suitable room. Any request was handled immediately, making our entire stay wonderfully happy. Overall, the facilities, environment, and service are all top-notch, offering great value for money. It's our first choice for a family getaway and is already on our list for a second visit. Highly recommended for families!"

"Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared"

What truly sets this place apart is its genuine forest setting, keeping it refreshingly cool even at midday. The pool water is pristine, and with all the natural shade, you won't have to worry about getting sunburnt or tanned – a godsend for anyone who loves summer fun but dreads sun exposure! You'll find countless beautiful photo opportunities at every turn! **Service:** I must praise the wonderful staff again, especially the kind young lady. She went out of her way to pick me up when I initially couldn't find the guesthouse, and throughout my stay, her attentive and incredibly helpful service was truly top-notch. **Overall:** I highly recommend a visit! This is a fantastic, value-for-money summer getaway that completely exceeded all my expectations!"
