First, I waited for 10 minutes with no one around. After the front desk was contacted, a service staff member, clearly annoyed, continued with her own tasks (organizing cardboard boxes) before finally acknowledging me. She said it would be quick, but I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. So, I essentially waited there for half an hour. I eventually lost patience and went back to my room. Later, a front desk staff member delivered it to my room, and when I inquired about speaking with a manager, no one followed up with me until I checked out."

Diverse Accommodation Options: Besides standard rooms in the main building, there are unique room types like water cottages, elf mushroom houses, and lakeside castles. 5.
