They knew I was there to take an exam and even offered to print my exam admission ticket. They also helped me call a taxi in the morning. There was a coffee machine in the lobby. I didn't get to eat breakfast, but they thoughtfully explained that. My feet were blistered from walking, and when I asked for band-aids, they even gave me iodine. Very considerate indeed."
