Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

It was really pleasant to live here, the room was clean and tidy, and the three big beds were very suitable. The store customer service is very intimate, who responds when something happens, and the cleaning aunt is also very enthusiastic!

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.

The next morning, I went to the restaurant to enjoy breakfast. The environment of the restaurant is elegant and comfortable, and the sunlight shines on the dining table through the floor-to-ceiling windows, which makes people feel happy. The breakfast is rich and varied, from Chinese dim sum to Western bread, from fresh fruits to hot porridge, and every bite makes people feel the hotel's care. Especially the freshly brewed coffee, with its rich aroma, injects full energy into the beginning of the day.

Environment: I stayed for three days and was very satisfied. The hotel is very new and the front desk staff is also very helpful. Facilities: The breakfast is delicious, with Hainan noodles, seafood noodles with vinegar, and coconut milk desserts. There are also desserts and white porridge for midnight snacks. I am very grateful to the girl who helped me carry my luggage and make notes for room extension on the first day; I am also very grateful to the girl who helped me change rooms and delayed check-out.

I highly recommend Yafan Hotel. It is surrounded by rich cultural resources, and the Provincial Museum and the Provincial Library are within easy reach. The room is large and warmly decorated. The high floor has a wide view and is pleasing to the eye. It is clean and hygienic, and the living experience is good. The room lady has thoughtful service, making people feel at home. It is the best choice for travel accommodation.

The only drawback is that it may be due to the typhoon that just passed. I hope that the breakfast can be richer, in terms of snacks and drinks, to meet the breakfast needs of more customers.

The surrounding area is also very convenient, not far from the Sun Moon Plaza, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and there are also many places to eat. The hotel breakfast is still OK, and the variety is still OK. The service is quite good, and the mineral water is also unlimited, and there is a mini free bar. Well, drinks are also provided free of charge. Overall, it is really good and worth recommending. The service awareness is also very strong. I will stay here next time. Well, a small suggestion, I hope the elevator sign should be clearer. It can be seen at a glance, and the office elevator and the elevator should have clear signs, which one is the hotel elevator and which one is the office elevator? It is also very uncomfortable to avoid customers walking the wrong way. Overall, it is good. Clean and comfortable, drip coffee is good. The hotel is also relatively new and smart.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to major attractions, and convenient for taking buses and taxis. The hotel is new, but it doesn't have any decoration feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. When they saw that we were bringing children, they upgraded the room for us. The whole stay was very comfortable.

The overall environment is good, the facilities are complete, and the room is spacious and bright. There is a parking lot. The hotel is of good quality, but the only problem is that the power supply at the bedside is broken and cannot be used. After reporting it to the hotel, they were going to change our room, but considering that we checked in too late, they prepared a power strip for us. The next day, the front desk manager carefully recorded the problem, which I think should be rectified, and sent a souvenir, saying that it will be upgraded next time. The service attitude is really good, which is the most comforting thing.
