Good easy checking,easy for airport arrivals and departures,very clean and the best bed I've slept in

Immaculately clean, properly maintained. Excellent & efficient check in. Bed is so comfy we thought packing it into our luggages. Easy to log into WiFi with no disruptions. Unsure if the room smells due consumption of food by previous occupant.  It could do with bit more signage on how to get to the hotel.

The location is perfect for a super early or late flight, with every 30 minutes shuttle bus even more convenient.  The facility is good and have plenty of choices of food and activities, making it a good place for family to spend time on. There is an outlet next door, so can go last minute shopping before departure.

To stay at the airport for one night till the flight it’s fine. The selfcheckin doesn’t work for foreigners, but seems also very difficult for locals. The hotel stuff was very busy for the „selfcheckin“ which doesn’t seem to be working.

Great for a quick stay! We got in late to Haikou and wanted a convenient hotel close to the airport for the night. This place was a short, easy walk with many signs directing you exactly where to go. The check out time is also 2:00 which is so nice! This allowed us to have lunch at the food court and see some of the shops before our train to the southern part of Hainan a bit later in the afternoon. The room is very comfortable and large with a huge bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel next to airport,reception staff who spoke little to no English ,did their best through translation app,breakfast around £7 I think was a massive buffet. Will stay again on my return flight free shuttle bus also a bonus

Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel was just next to the airport and has duty free shop and food court inside of the building, which is very convenient for travelers

I arrived in Haikou around the 12pm, and waited for a 14 hour transfer flight to Sydney. So I booked this hotel. The hotel is close to terminal 1, I took the airport bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1, just across the road and went to the shopping centre, you can see the sign to go to the hotel and take the lift to level 1, the lobby is there. So easy going there. Also you can waiting for hotel shuttle bus.

Great airport Hotel! Room was spacious, clean, with big bathroom and teapot good selection of tea. Bed was big and comfortable. From the room window I could see airplanes landing but I didn't hear any noise! There is a passage on the second floor straight to the mall with numerous restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, especially when they noticed that I can communicate in Mandarin. Hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to terminal 2.

The staff did a free upgrade for high floor , runway facing. The housekeeping staff were friendly and left a bag of goodies after cleaning. We had 2 night stay and will want to stay with them again. It is strategically located beside the airport and there is a high speed train to Sanya. There is a duty free shopping mall next to it.

Great location, I love the breakfast there especially the noodles soup taste very good, very near to airport so there is no rush no stress on the departure day, free shuttle to airport also convenient to us as we are a big group with many luggages. Good housekeeping staff who provide us adequate of drinking water.

Hotel staff didnt speak english but was still really helpfull. hotspring water was nice room was good and soundproof.
