Hotel Hot spring Haikou

This is my favourite resort and place to stay in Haikou thus far! We booked the family room which comes with 2 double beds and a bunk bed. It's super spacious despite the number of beds, and the kids loved the hot tub. The only downside was the sliding doors were a little hard to manoeuvre for little hands so we just mostly left them open. There were both adult and kids bathrobes and bedroom slippers and wet slippers (we used it for our trips to the hotspring and pool) as well as kids dental kits and shower toiletries. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner, spread was great and the kids had no difficulty finding food they liked. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotspring, followed by the indoor pool. The animal club was small-ish but the kids had fun there too. It was a pity the outdoor water park and firefly activities were closed/not available as it was winter and we weren't aware of that. Also, not all the pools in the hotspring were loaded with the herbs but the upside was there wasn't much crowd when we were there. Just a side note: A number of farms in the area were closed on weekdays also because of winter/typhoon destruction. So make sure to call up before heading over.

My family had an excellent stay at the Sheraton, so much so that we extended an additional night. The resort leads onto the beach which is kept very clean. At the hotel the hot springs were the highlight helping keep us warm from the chill. As previously mentioned, Erin did a fantastic job of supporting our stay and helping us when ever needed. The free activities for children and diverse breakfast make it a deal for families.

Lovely stay after the disaster typhoon Yagi. The outdoor facilities were destroyed but the indoor swimming pool was great for the children.

Great Location and clean room, did not get to use their hot spring or FOC stuff because we are all busy travelling out. Nice spread of buffet breakfast, my kids went to play a while at their children playroom, and we bought a pushy sloth for my kid.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

I decided to fly to Haikou at the last minute and booked this hotel. There were no problems with the facilities and hygiene. I booked it blindly and it was not a bad deal. The front desk lady was very friendly. The weather was not too warm and I didn't take a private bath. The surrounding area was under renovation. There was a hiking trail on the beach, but I didn't see much scenery.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to attractions and commercial areas, allowing me to easily explore the beauty of the city and enjoy the fun of shopping at the same time I was deeply impressed by your warm hospitality and professional service. From check-in to leaving the hotel, you always kept a smile and patience, which made me feel the warmth of home. Some small episodes encountered during the honeymoon trip were also enthusiastically helped by the service staff, especially Manager Lu who solved our urgent needs. Facilities: This room is relatively good for a family. The only drawback is that the blanket in the room has hair and stains. This is also a defect of the blanket in the room, which is not easy to take care of. Hygiene: The hygiene is sufficient. Environment: The surrounding area is more commercial and closer to the Geological Hospital🏥 Service: When checking in, it was said that parking is free, but it turned out that you have to pay for it yourself, which is inconsistent with the free parking marked by Ctrip. When checking in, I asked the front desk why I drove here and there was no warm reminder that I can’t park in private parking spaces or other parking spaces. Because I don’t know the parking lot management here, I thought that the hotel can park in normal empty spaces. I asked the owner to call me to move the car. Fortunately, I still have a phone in the car window. If there is no phone, people will be very anxious. Find some suggestions for improvement

Stayed at the hotel for two nights, I was very satisfied with the hotel service. On the second night, I was lazy to go out and dine on the fourth floor of the hotel. I ordered braised pork feet, beautiful duck jaw and hollow cabbage separately. The braised pork paws were small, and a lot of dried bamboo shoots were filled. As a result, three pieces of meatless bones were put under the dried bamboo shoots. The dishes were propped up and the waiter showed them to the chef. The reply was actually ”this is our case”. There was no apology! Are you Sun Erniang opening a black shop? !

The environment is nice and comfortable. The terrace is well designed and you can rest and drink tea. There is a washing machine and dryer on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is large and the hot spring is also very comfortable
