Hotel Spa di Haikou

Warmly greeted at reception and was upgraded to a family room. Staff brought us and our bags to the room, and made sure we were happy with it. Any queries or requests were instantly resolved. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Kids loved the xiaodu-xiaodu smart room controls. Hotel itself is walking distance to several malls, Starbucks and the WanLv garden. Downstairs is a ”must-try” renowned bakery. Good dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor. A top choice if we visit Haikou again!

The experience was beyond imagination! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the enthusiastic front desk staff gave me a warm smile. The service housekeeper Mia checked in quickly and considerately, and also introduced the hotel facilities attentively. When I walked into the room, the warm and elegant decoration style instantly captured my heart. The bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, including Chinese hot porridge, fried dough sticks, Western bread, ham, fresh fruits and exquisite desserts. Every bite can feel full of sincerity. I have to mention that the hotel's gym is fully equipped with professional coaches. The books and drinks in the leisure area allow me to relax in my spare time. This stay really made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

From the good online to the good reviews, the comparison is repeated, and the Dejia Hotel is coming. When I first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, I saw that the surrounding environment was not good, and the parking was also a lot of trouble. I had already withdrawn. I saw the room, and the previous unsatisfactory moment disappeared. This is a newly opened hotel, but the room has no smell of new decoration. The area is oversized, the lighting is excellent, and the furniture configuration is just right. The bathroom is cleverly separated from the bathing area and the washing area, and everything looks so clean and bright. Well organized. It may be due to the new opening. The breakfast room is not ready yet. It is equipped with KFC fast food, which is simple and affordable. Walk hundreds of meters from the hotel and come to a starry night market, seafood barbecue, fried pho, etc., which will make you full. In short, in a phrase summed up, the outside is awkward and the inside is beautiful. In a popular tourist city like Haikou, such a hotel at such a price should be excellent value for money.

Hotel excellent, room , view but services not good at restaurant. Few employees to attend and messing . Didn’t get a nice experience, sorry. It’s a pity .

Great ocean view room, super clean. Make sure to go to 5th floor outside at the swimming pool, great view for pictures both day and night time. The breakfast on main floor come with variety of selection, congee is good, coffee, plenty of food to give you a good start of the day.

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

Wonderful hotel with the harbor seaview, prefer the romantic sunset at the lobby 35F, so did the 36F lemon bistro & bar. I appriciated that Jerry Wang offered us the professinal service, he recommended a lot of delicious food and nice place patiently. Thank u and we gonna back next time.

My family had an excellent stay at the Sheraton, so much so that we extended an additional night. The resort leads onto the beach which is kept very clean. At the hotel the hot springs were the highlight helping keep us warm from the chill. As previously mentioned, Erin did a fantastic job of supporting our stay and helping us when ever needed. The free activities for children and diverse breakfast make it a deal for families.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

Breakfast had a vast selection, but none of it was very good. The sushi would make a Japanese person cry, the sausages and bacon would make an English person cry and you would get a better Chinese breakfast for 10RMB at a local market (baozi and yotiao are from frozen). The main reason for choosing this hotel over other options was the kids club. Unfortunately it is rubbish. A single member of staff doing some origami with leaves or basic art/craft. Requires adult supervision. Very disappointing by international standards. Hotel is very grand, but not maintained to the standard you would expect from the brand. Design of the hotel does not lend itself to Haikou's climate, the communal spaces are not aircondionable and so it is uncomfortably hot. Pool was good, but again needs maintenance. Children especially enjoyed the foam cannon. Room was spacious, clean and cool. Coffee is good. At the time of writing they offer ”good night” as a free gift which is a lavender spray. They also offer a free drink on arrival - which just means help yourself to a drink from the fridge in your room. Overall I would recommend paying a bit less and going with a newer hotel closer to the city.
