staff of hotel is polite. overall is clean and tidy. nearby in main road, easy to locate. set up with those basic requirements, for example, refrigerator, wifi, etc. fulfill my traveling requirements.

Quick check in. The room was large. Cleanliness is fine. The restaurant has good food delivery in the room.

The bill we booked clearly stated 2 adults + 11 year old child, in the end there was an additional charge of 220,000 VND/day, I don't understand what that fee is, until today when I checked out there was still no response.

The room facilities meet the requirements and are clean. The staff are courteous and happy to answer inquiries and provide assistance. The hotel is located on the main road and is easy to find. There is a restaurant on the top floor of the hotel where breakfast is served.

After finishing the Halong Bay cruise with my wife, we returned to Hai Duong and stayed there. It is a convenient, cost-effective hotel close to the city. The staff are generally friendly too.
