Historical hotel that retains its charm. Beautiful interiors, charming rooms, classic style furniture. I would expect better quality products for breakfast in this kind of hotel.

Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf. Mijn kamer lag richting de binnenplaats waardoor het erg stil was. De kamer was ruim (superior queen) met een heerlijk bed en lekkere koffie. Bijzonder vond ik de vriendelijk- en hoffelijkheid van alle medewerkers. Ik zal zeker terugkomen bij hotel des Indes!

Mooi historisch hotel. Prima kamer. Ontbijt beetje basic voor de prijs.

checkin的時候問能不能付費upgrade，結果在沒有告知我們的情況下給了一樓清潔房旁邊的房間，對面是廁所，凌晨四五點清潔房裡麪沖水聲、開關門聲，水管**的聲音就每隔半小時響一次，剛睡着就被吵醒，最離譜的是退房的時候給了前台和經理所有的反饋，他們道完歉還是照收upgrade的費用….. We asked at check-in whether a paid room upgrade was available, but without informing us, the hotel assigned us a room on the ground floor next to the housekeeping room, directly opposite the public restrooms. From around 4 or 5 a.m., we were repeatedly disturbed by flushing noises, doors opening and closing, and loud plumbing sounds coming from the housekeeping area. The noise occurred roughly every half hour, and each time we had just fallen asleep, we were woken up again. What was most unacceptable was that, when we checked out, we provided detailed feedback to both the front desk staff and the manager. Although they apologized, they still charged us the full upgrade fee.

免費升了豪華房間，佈置高雅，舒適，乾淨。前台小姐非常熱情，有責任心。樓房建築歷史悠久，被成功翻修成名副其實的五星級飯店，設施，衞生，環境，服務，都是一流的。

Mooi hotel, in 1e instantie zaten wij op de bovenste etage. Maar daar was een douche in een bad. Niet fijn. Maar dat kon gelukkig zo geregeld worden. En hebben ze ons verhuisd naar de begane grond. Nette ruime kamer en badkamer. Prachtige entree en indrukwekkende opgang naar 1e etage. Ook interessant expositie op de 1e etage over de geschiedenis van dit hotel, wat oorspronkelijk eerst een paleis was. En ook welke bekende gasten er ooit hebben geslapen. En bed sliep heerlijk! Stevig voor de rug, maar toch zacht voor de heupjes en schouders 😉

非常漂亮的酒店！位置非常棒！前台門崗服務也特別好！衹是第三天打掃房間沒有打掃得特別乾淨，其他的都無可挑剔，如果下次還來海牙不二選擇！
