Beautiful architecture and located in the center. Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was nice to get around. The staff was very helpful and kind. Would visit here again.

Stayed here recently for one night. Young staff were extremely helpful and polite. They catered to well for me…:I mentioned I was vegan and the next morning they had vegan cheese, ham, yoghurt and soya milk all waiting for me at my table. They went above and beyond; which I was really grateful for. The room was small but modern and very comfortable. Really happy with my stay here

We spent two night at the weekend, in a third floor room facing the front. Across the street is a basement night club, with lines outside and music until 2am. While the bedroom was well isolated, the bathroom was not and thus it was difficult to sleep given the noise. The room was quite small but comfy, no fridge and the door to the bath room resembled the one of a fitting room, being open on top and at the bottom. Breakfast was nice and in a stylish room, and the staff in general very friendly. I would come again, but not at a weekend.

Great central location, right next door to the big church so you’ll never get lost when you’re about town. Wonderful building with clean rooms where they’ve made clever use of the space. Staff are warm and friendly. Coffee (in reception) is good too. Couldn’t fault it. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in a strategic location. Hotel is nice, clean breakfast is very good. Free tgea and coffee . Aritechture is unique and in vicinity are excellent places to eat. Enjoyed the stay as service is excellent and veby helpful. Certainly a hotel to recommend

This is the best hotel that I lived during this week. The hotel locate right in the center very convenient but also very quiet. The staffs all are very friendly. The price is cheap ,it's a very good deal. Hotel provides 24/7 coffee /tea machines. The room is modern, and super clean. I like the Hague very much, next time I come here will still stay here . Highly recommend.

The building location, architecture, and heritage are amazing. However, this place is run by students. They have not been trained in customer service, and they don't seem to even have a supervisor. There are already numerous reviews about the staff being bad, sadly I booked and then saw the reviews. I was trying to book an additional night, so I requested the staff to add the night and charge me. They refused to do so as it was a non refundable booking. I tried to book additionally one more night with them, but unfortunately the app booked January 2023 instead of Dec 2022, I tried cancelling the transaction, called the app and the hotel itself, but they all refused to support and refused to simply change the date. I saw a similar incident while I was staying there, and a customer came in person. That customer wanted to book the night on the spot urgently. They refused to help the customer as their booking for the next days were non refundable. It looks like the staff doesn't have proper access to the system and have been left to their own devices to run the place with no management watching them. This is strange since the majority of the customers are much older and expect experienced customer service and quicker problem solving.
