The building location, architecture, and heritage are amazing. However, this place is run by students. They have not been trained in customer service, and they don't seem to even have a supervisor. There are already numerous reviews about the staff being bad, sadly I booked and then saw the reviews. I was trying to book an additional night, so I requested the staff to add the night and charge me. They refused to do so as it was a non refundable booking. I tried to book additionally one more night with them, but unfortunately the app booked January 2023 instead of Dec 2022, I tried cancelling the transaction, called the app and the hotel itself, but they all refused to support and refused to simply change the date. I saw a similar incident while I was staying there, and a customer came in person. That customer wanted to book the night on the spot urgently. They refused to help the customer as their booking for the next days were non refundable. It looks like the staff doesn't have proper access to the system and have been left to their own devices to run the place with no management watching them. This is strange since the majority of the customers are much older and expect experienced customer service and quicker problem solving.
