Excellent Stay with the Sweetest Staff From the moment we arrived, the check-in was swift and welcoming—truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side—but that’s to be expected in Japan. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety, with options that cater to both local and Western tastes. All in all, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

Great location, in front of Keio Hachioji Station, probably not the cleanest hotel but it was fine.

It's an unpretentious hotel that sufficiently covers all the needs of a solo traveler. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you're a non smoker, under no circumstances stay in the smokers' section. I had to do it because of reasons, and hell! It was rough.

Excellent location

We drove a six-seater car, but the hotel staff said that our car was too big and could not be accommodated in the hotel parking lot. Fortunately, there was a trainee who took us to other parking lots outside the hotel and helped us calculate the price. His enthusiasm and warm help solved our problem! The hotel room was relatively clean, but there was no luggage rack or drawer to store clothes, so every time I wanted to get clothes, I had to squat on the floor and open the suitcase, which was very inconvenient! The hotel breakfast is light and there is not much variety, but it is still good; if you come to the restaurant with a tour group, there will not be enough seats to accommodate them. There is a pancake buffet in the evening, which is very thoughtful.
