I had a great experience during my stay at IBIS Hotel. It's in a good location, walkable distance from Kata beach and supermarkets. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a 3 star stay at affordable prices. Nice location, however its not a busy area unlike Patong, Karon etc. we missed the opportunities of night shopping in this area

we loved this hotel! lovely staff, clean room and really good price. there's a night market right outside every night and another 5 mins up the road

The stay at the hotel wasn’t bad, but if you spend a lot of time at the beach you have to ask them for a new towel on your own as they change it when the towel is in the room; the bed lining isn’t changed until asked as well. The number of sockets is limited, only on the one side of the bed, if there are two people, it’s inconvenient to charge phones or other staff. The room is rather tiny. The location is good, close to the beach and walking food street .

This Phuket hotel was a dream! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the sea. The pool was a fantastic oasis, and the cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Although the location is great the rooms are very small and service isn’t super good. The buffet breakfast was quite good.

Better than expectation albeit room is abit old. Cleanliness is good and close to kata beach too.

Honestly, I'm not even sure how to begin... - Location: Far from ideal. - Price: Exorbitant, especially considering the quality of service. - Cleanliness: The room conditions are appalling; there's an overwhelming musty odor upon entry. The bathroom is unbearably warm and reeks of urine. - Staff & Service: Hospitality is markedly lacking. It seems there's little concern for guest needs—a departure from the welcoming spirit typically found in Phuket. - Others: The room's furnishings are dated. The view from the balcony is essentially of trash. Bedding and overall room cleanliness leave much to be desired. We chose the Ibis Phuket Kata expecting the reliability and value often associated with chain hotels. However, what we encountered was shockingly poor. Despite spending around $100 per night for a three-night stay, our experience fell significantly short of even the most basic hostels and B&Bs. STRONGLY NOT ADVISED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! PLEASE TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! BELIEVE ME YOU CAN FIND MANY BETTER OPTIONS ALL AROUND PHUKET!!!!!

Looks like never cleaned before 🥲 Strong smell of alcohol in elevator , a lot of Russian ppl who always swears a lot, the hanger is bolted so you can’t stole it 🤣🤣🤣 Such a small rooms , poor buffet with most of spicy food. Instead of butter you will get margarine. By the way , location and outdoor environment are good 🙂

Great location 10 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the night market. I prefer staying in Kata, it’s more quiet compared to Patong.
