Because the hotel is new, all the facilities are new, the infinity pool has a great view, and the children's playground is a plus for tourists traveling with children. 2. The hotel itself is comfortable and the rooms are clean. Don't expect too much about the environment around the hotel. You can look forward to the sea view and sunrise and sunset in the distance. Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is not rich enough 2. The bottom of the swimming pool is dirty, according to the children

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic and nice view from our room. Breakfast is nice and everything was good.

Environment: Mabu Island is a large island. Many certified divers live on the island. There are more than a dozen hotels on the island. It is a 40-minute boat ride from the town. There are some primitive Bayao villagers on the left and right sides of the hotel. Hotel: There are townhouses and two towers, and the accommodation facilities are pretty good. Catering: The hotel provides three buffet meals a day, which is enough to fill you up. There are Bajau people selling seafood on the beach, and the hotel can process it. Summary: I went there before the Chinese New Year. The hotel price was around RMB 3,000 per night, which was considered average value for money at the time. There was a pick-up and drop-off service, but the disadvantage was that there was construction nearby that affected the experience.

The room temperature is more comfortable with air-conditioning and electric fans. The bed is soft and the pillows are relatively high. There is an extra bed by the window. The bath water should be heated in advance, and the lighting group control is very 👍. Except for a little problem with the toilet, everything else is ok! 4. Meals, each meal has cold drinks, hot drinks, desserts, pastries, fruits, vegetables, beef and lamb, fish, rice, fried noodles, pasta, and salads. It's already great for me! The taste is not bad, you can also order other big meals to eat, the price of drinks is reasonable. It is a place to spend money to buy and enjoy. 5. The experience of diving, the biggest reward of coming here is to get to know a group of diving enthusiasts from all over the world. The hotel’s beaches are not care for anything, just for diving! The staff in the dive shop are very friendly, the little brothers will help take care of everything, we only need to dive and dive!

Semporna is a small town. The accommodation conditions in the town are generally average. There are many people and cars and it is very noisy, so we chose this holiday estate outside the town. The room is the same as the picture. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the town in the morning and evening, so it is very convenient to travel. One day, the shuttle bus had a flat tire, and the customer service personally called a car to take us back to the hotel. The next day, the boss personally drove us to the town pier. The service was very satisfactory. The breakfast provided was very average, and it was no problem to eat full. The service staff knew a little Chinese, so there was no obstacle to communication. It was just that the estate was close to the road, and the sound of cars passing by was still unavoidable. Apart from that, the cost performance was still very high.

Their hotel service is very unique. The air conditioning in the first room was very poor. When they asked them to change rooms, they said that other rooms were like this. Then they said that the rooms by the sea were OK, but they had to pay extra. When I booked two rooms before, there was only one room by the sea, and then I could only book one room each. Now there is one, but it costs 250 MYR, which is higher than the price on Ctrip! But there is no way on the island! This kind of private island really can't talk about service, it feels like just going through the process! It's quite standard, and things are done, but the environment of the island is good. You can refer to the pictures to see that this hotel has better facilities among the hotels on this island? The others are even worse! The previous room and the changed room were sprayed with this insecticide everywhere! It feels very uncomfortable! The price in the peak season is really not cost-effective, it's better to come in the off-season. Although the airport drop-off service is a Chinese driver, it's like you owe him money! He drives fast, has a very bad attitude, and has no road safety awareness at all! I advise those with children and the elderly not to come here, life is precious!
