Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Semporna

We really enjoyed our stay at Mr Bean Holiday Semporna. It’s about 10–15 minutes outside of town, but in a much nicer and quieter location. It’s easy to get around, you can book a Grab or use the free shuttle provided by the accommodation. The restaurant was excellent and happily adapted meals for vegetarians, which we really appreciated. The pool was lovely, the whole place was spotlessly clean, and our room was huge – two double beds and plenty of space to relax. The staff were wonderful and attentive, even coming out with umbrellas to meet guests arriving by car, which was such a thoughtful touch. The only downside was seeing a bird kept in a cage, especially when there were so many wild birds flying freely around the property - it just felt a bit out of place in such a beautiful natural setting. Overall, though, it’s a great choice if you want comfort, quiet, and great service near Semporna.

This resort is the best choice when you travelling to Sempurna, clean, quite, chill and the staff there are really friendly! Oh by the way, you no need to worry about transportation to jetty, they will have FREE transportation to fetch you to your designed destination. Also, you can have your dinner there,their food is really nice! Next time will definitely back again! Thanks again for Tony and Daniel!

衞生：主要的需求就是希望房間乾淨一點，看其他酒店有很多衞生條件堪憂，但是這家酒店衞生條件確實不錯，很乾凈。總體來説還是很滿意的，有什麼問題及時和老闆溝通都能夠得到快速的解決，還免費幫忙從家庭房升到了4人房。衹是房間地漏不太好，處理了兩回，老闆説是因為我們在1樓還有隔壁地漏也出現了問題，所以一起堵了，出現問題後，幫我們把溢出來的水拖掉解決了。 設施：部分設施不太完善，洗衣服晾衣服要等很久。但是感覺已經很不錯了，東西都是從國內運過去的，老闆説買了幾個洗衣機年後才能到，感覺後面的體驗感會越來越好的！ 環境：環境很不錯，位置也還可以，離新碼頭大約5分鐘的步行路程，走到海鮮市場碼頭十幾分鍾。 服務：服務真的不錯，春節期間房間都住滿了。酒店除了沒有接送機服務，其他應有盡有。有任何問題和客服溝通都能快速得到解決。比如説換錢，忘記帶房卡，買泡麪之類的。早餐雖然不是很豐盛，但是可以湊合吃。 總的來説還是很滿意的。

I had a pleasant stay at your resort. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Harganya murah banget. Setelah booking, saya khawatir tidak bisa pesan lokasi yang pemandangannya indah dan anak-anak saya akan kecewa. Pemilik rumah air ini orang Cina. Dia sangat baik dan membantu menjawab segala macam pertanyaan sebelum check-in. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Senang menginap di harga segini. Menurut saya hemat biaya kamar view laut masih bagus. Lagi pula, saya datang ke sini untuk melihat pemandangan laut kamar dan pengalaman water house. Anak-anak sudah lama menantikannya. Anak saya puas, dan saya juga puas dengan pujian penuhnya!

+ Great views and relaxing atmosphere Place is still very new and in great condition (outside the negatives) Very friendly staff. Special shoutout to Mandy for going above and beyond to help me with my special request. - Frequent power outages. We spent 1 day and 1 night at the resort. There were probably 6 outages throughout our stay. With one outage lasting maybe 10 minutes. No hot water in our rooms. The staff informed us hot water may be weak in our room, but our room's water was completely cold. The staff will supply hot water upon request, but it came in a bucket and ladle. Overall atmosphere is to be recommended, but the negatives bring it down when you are paying for a luxury experience.

Overall the stay was ok and the room was quite big for our family of 3 and quite clean. The location and the view from the room was the best. Although it’s in Malaysia, the hotel receptionist can’t speak Malay or English, only Chinese. Hope can improve this. Also, hope can improve the smell in the bathroom. After a while the bathroom smell like sewerage. The photo attached is taken from our room.

Pleasant overnight escape at Nusa Kuya Resort with a group of four, and we truly made the most of it! From snorkeling in the clear waters to enjoying the buffet, belting out songs at karaoke, and watching the turtles—it was a full, fun itinerary. Every activity felt worth it, and the friendly, accommodating staff made the experience even better. Definitely a memorable short getaway!
