Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

You can see the courtyard on the first floor. It is estimated that the humidity will be higher. There is an exchange of hot springs. The large pool is not as clean as the private hot springs, but the hot springs have a strong smell of disinfectant water. Many European and American guests in this hotel can see half flowers in the hot springs. The European and American girl with a big snake on the back of her arm had a bad dinner experience in the room. She was very tired. The pace of the food was served. The quality of the dishes was not up to par with the same 4,000 people in Hoshino Kai. The cuisine is designed to have a luxurious feel. The Fufu series also has disadvantages in the room. CCanfordThe hotel is not far from the station and hot spring street, and can be reached by taking a shuttle bus from the station. When we arrived at the hotel because it was not check-in time, we stored our luggage first and the service was good. The food quality of the hotel's hot spring cuisine is excellent, the experience is good, and the room view is also very beautiful. The hotel's own hot spring is also very good. It is a very recommended hotel!

The famous hot spring town in Japan has fulfilled my hot spring dream. This Mikuniya surprised me even more! The front is not big, but there is a different world inside. There are four hot spring pools to choose from. The room is unexpectedly spacious and luxurious. I thought the Western-style cottage would be small, but it turned out to be surprisingly large. The functional areas are clearly divided and always clean and tidy. Living in the hot spring town, you can also enjoy the treatment of seven large hot springs at will. You can enter and exit at will with a small sign with a QR code. The most important thing is that it is only 200 meters away from the station, which is quite close and super convenient for travel!

GGuest UserAlthough Yinhua Hotel is located far away, the environment is very quiet because of this. The hotel rooms and baths face the river, which makes people feel refreshed. The staff are all super friendly and kind, and guests will feel at home right from the start of the hotel. We stayed for three days and two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself also takes good care of its guests. Even on the day of check-out, they will still take the trouble to tidy up the room so that guests can still have a comfortable place to rest before leaving. If I come to Kinosaki again, I will probably stay at this hotel again. Recommended !

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 400-meter walking distance from JR Kinosaki Onsen Station. It is located in the center of Kinosaki Town. It is convenient to go to various hot spring tours and the Kinosaki Onsen Cable Car. You need to change your shoes and put on slippers in the hotel lobby, and you can also wear clogs when you leave the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that day. Although it was not check-in time, the staff had already arranged the rooms for all guests that day and moved my suitcase to the room first. When I officially checked in, an elderly lady introduced me to the use of the tatami room, how to wear a yukata, and what to pay attention to when taking a bath in the outdoor hot spring. The hotel also has a hot spring bathing area on the 1st floor. Overall, it was a good experience of traditional Japanese hot spring culture.

AAnonymous UserIt was my first ryokan experience. The room was a bit outdated but still functional. The highlight was the shared bathroom with an onsen—you don’t even need to visit other onsens. You can simply relax and enjoy it in the hotel, often with no other guests around.

The breakfast and dinner look very rich, but the actual quantity is a bit small. The shabu-shabu beef doesn't come with eggs, probably because the quota is occupied by the hot spring egg experience.
