The room is on the opposite side of the street, with a small toilet, an old house, a sleeping Japanese-style floor, a lot of kaiseki dishes for dinner, some crabs taste good, and beef hot pot is not like to eat, plum wine is good. It costs more than 1,000 yuan more for a meal than a separate room. It feels more expensive than eating outside. It is mainly an experience. There are seven hot springs in the town and four hot springs in the town. The overall feeling is good. This shop does not do word-of-mouth marketing for Chinese people, and often has rooms. The price of bringing meals is also moderate. I don't know how about a store of about 3,000, and there are more than 1,000 with breakfast and dinner. Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

There was a shuttle bus to the hotel after jr came down. I was not too far away. The hotel service was very good, warm, dinner was good, the crab was very fresh, the beef was tender, and the food was full. If you have a small appetite, I recommend tempura That ’s right, there is a Chinese-speaking little girl who will carefully introduce when eating. There are two rooms facing the street below. It is very comfortable to sit and see the scenery below.

I have long dreamed of taking a hot spring bath in Kinosaki Onsen Town. It was so convenient to go there from Kanazawa this time. The famous hot spring town in Japan has fulfilled my hot spring dream. This Mikuniya surprised me even more! The front is not big, but there is a different world inside. There are four hot spring pools to choose from. The room is unexpectedly spacious and luxurious. I thought the Western-style cottage would be small, but it turned out to be surprisingly large. The functional areas are clearly divided and always clean and tidy. Living in the hot spring town, you can also enjoy the treatment of seven large hot springs at will. You can enter and exit at will with a small sign with a QR code. The most important thing is that it is only 200 meters away from the station, which is quite close and super convenient for travel!

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

The room is spacious, clean, new, with a woody smell. The dinner food was excellent and the waiters did their best. The only thing is that there are not enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and the hotel is conveniently located, not far from different hot springs.

This is the fourth time I have stayed, and I have to stay in Chengqi but the horse house. The warm hospitality of the proprietress and staff, as well as a rich one berth and two meals, is satisfying. Note that only one child under 6 years old can be accommodated in each room.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. We took two rooms for two. Pros: 1. Magnificent rooms in the style of a classic ryokan: everything is very beautiful, authentic, lots of small details, notes and tips for guests, interesting trinkets in the room. We had beds, not futons, but this is not a minus - the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room (3rd floor) is of the mountains. The cleanliness is perfect, the room has everything that should be in a classic ryokan room: from tatami to a low table for relaxing. 2. Incomparable kaiseki dinner. Excellent sukiyaki breakfast (you cook it yourself). 3. The most beautiful interiors of the hotel, it is interesting to walk around it, exploring it from the inside. The hotel is beautiful from the outside too. 4. You can smoke in the rooms (we did not do this, and the rooms are not smoked at all). There is a smoking room at the entrance to the hotel. 5. Wonderful staff. All requests and complaints are satisfied within minutes. They speak English poorly, but it's not a problem, we communicated through a translator. The guys are cool, cheerful. Quick check-in, a bunch of reminders about where and when to come / what and how to do correctly. 6. There is a private onsen (we did not use it). 7. They give a free pass to 7 public onsen. They give discounts on souvenirs. 8. They give excellent yukatas for onsen, for women - they will give beautiful ones, the choice is huge. Nuances: 1. The only downside of the hotel is the distance from the center of Kinosaki (15-20 minutes walk through not very beautiful places). But! There is a free transfer from the hotel to the city center, plus there is a transfer station-hotel-station. And the walk from the hotel to the center of Kinosaki did not bother us much. 2. This is not a business hotel, so there is no washing machine, iron or shower in the room. The shower (and in fact - onsen) is shared on the minus first floor - separate for men and women.

It's a small and old tatami hotel. There is still a certain distance from the station. The facilities in the room are simple and outdated. The service staff are very old grandmothers. I probably won't book this next time
