Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training. I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

Das Hotelzimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Mir persönlich fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Kaffee/Teebereiter suf den Zimmern. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, obwohl das Poolwasser ziemlich kühl ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Mich persönlich hat jedoch die extrem abgenutzte Bestuhlung im Speisebereich erschreckt. Solch ein Bestuhlung dem Gast zuzumuten ist frech von der Geschäftsführung. Das muss dringend abgeändert werden.

地理位置非常好，距離火車站就衹有幾步路，離動物園也很近，位於整個萊比西的市中心房間層高很高以及樓層數都挺好的，可以俯瞰整個萊比希的風光。

The hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Ja, es ist ein schlichtes Messehotel, dass weiß man vorher. Ich bin normalerweise im asiatischen Raum unterwegs und scheinbar verwöhnt. Aber wie man heutzutage noch Badewannen zum duschen einbauen kann wundert mich schon. Auch die Toiletten sind nur zum Rückwärts einparken konzipiert. Ärgerlich war aber, dass der Service nicht Gläser und Tassen nach Benutzen nicht ausgetauscht hat. Auch wurde Kaffee nicht nachgefüllt.

도심에서 조금 떨어진 위치. 대중교통 이용시 조금 번거로울 수 있음. 이점이 유일한 단점이라 생각함. 대신 같은 건물에 마트가 있어 식음료 등 구입하기는 좋음. 호텔의 연식이 오래되었으나 나름의 해리티지가 있음. 구식 분위기를 싫어하면 실망할 수 있으나, 어설픈 싸구려 모던함이나 누굴 위한건지 모르겠는 심플한 컨셉들의 숙소보다 훨씬 낫다 생각함. 도심의 호텔들 보다 방이 넓고, 오래되었으나 청결히 관리되고 있으며, 직원들의 접객태도가 훌륭함. 기본에 충실한 호텔임.
