Automatic washing and drying machine makes dirty clothes fresh during travel. I thought the hotel's breakfast of 68 per person was a bit expensive, so I ordered takeout and it was delivered to my door by a robot. I was so happy. By the way, I especially like the smell of the toiletries, pepper, bergamot and camellia, absolutely amazing! Already looking forward to the next visit to this hotel.

Weizhou Island itself is not big, less than 10 kilometers north and south, so when the hotel's special van is picked up, it takes more than 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel's service is in place, the sincerity and enthusiasm of the sisters are from the heart, not the kind of training. Because of the poor stomach, I saw the white porridge at breakfast and I liked it very much. I asked if I could leave a bowl until noon. The sisters not only helped to keep it, but also heated it at lunch and gave mustard. It was really amazing. Going out, this warmth is very powerful. We live in a room type in the villa, this room type is also very suitable for large families, about 7 rooms. There is a separate lobby for tea tables, as well as outdoor tables and chairs. Convenient location to visit Meizhoudao. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast food is good, plenty of selection. Hotel staff upgraded us to a bigger room and free breakfast, without us asking. Friendly staff recommended a local eatery , good food and value for money. Will go to this hotel if I go to Putian again

I have always stayed in other hotels when I went to Putian for business trips. This time, a customer recommended this hotel which is relatively close to his company. I was really surprised to stay in it. First of all, the room was very large and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was always smiling when I checked in. The various services are also kept up to date. When I went out, I met the cleaning lady, who also greeted me warmly and gave me a like. As a former five-star hotel employee, I really feel that this hotel is very good in all aspects and very cost-effective.

Room and toilet is clean. However the toilet flashing system wasn’t working well for 2 days. Breakfast selection is good but the service staff are fairly rude.

I have stayed in several hotels in Putian. This is my first time staying at Yuehua. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The price/performance ratio is also the best! The room is super large and clean, and it is very quiet with the mountain as the backdrop! I slept very well! There is also a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery! The hotel has good hardware and good service👍 Check-in and check-out are fast! As soon as I checked in, the waiter immediately brought welcome fruit🍉

A little far from downtown and the attractions but you’ll be driving or in a cab anyway, there is no walking in Putian. The newest and definitely most pleasant of the five star hotels in the city. The park next door is charming, and the hot spring is very pleasant, although there is some controversy as to whether the hot spring has the correct water overflow/replacement to make sure the water is being renewed isn’t dead water. Note that despite nominally being a non smoking hotel, the floor we were on reeked with smoke with one room propping the door open while smoking and cleaning staff passed by without batting an eyelid. Rooms are big, well equipped and there are the expected Shangrila touches. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in over any other in the city.
