The room was kept pretty clean, and there's both an indoor and outdoor heated pool, plus a gym. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"Traveling with my family to Fujian for Chinese New Year, I found the hotel's parking very convenient. The location isn't far from Xinghua Mansion Historical and Cultural Street in the city center; it's about a 15-20 minute walk or a less than 10-minute ride on a rented electric scooter. As an IHG member, I've always trusted the InterContinental Hotels Group brand, having stayed at Holiday Inn locations elsewhere before. However, this time I was a bit disappointed with the service. For example, the front desk was unwilling to waive the breakfast fee for my child, and the variety at the buffet breakfast was quite limited. In the restaurant, during the Chinese New Year holiday, there was a noticeable shortage of staff, and tables weren't cleared promptly. What's more, a shabbily dressed young boy was collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant's front desk. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel room was good, but there's definitely room for improvement in the service."
