The room was clean and tidy, warmly furnished, comfortable bedding, and slept very sweetly at night. I especially like the small coffee machine and rich tea options in the room. It is really a pleasure to sit by the window and enjoy a hot drink after a busy day. What impressed me the most was the service attitude of the hotel. When I mentioned that I wanted to play locally but I didn’t know the route, my concierge colleagues not only detailed the multiple attractions, but also carefully planned the best tour route for me, and provided maps and related precautions to make my trip more smooth and worry-free. In short, the Lake View Hotel has impressed me with its excellent service, comfortable environment and meticulous humanized care.
