I vomited and had diarrhea during the night, but I didn't think it was the hotel buffet until I found a dried-up dead mosquito in my breakfast bowl… There were other guests dining, and not wanting to disturb them, I handed it to a staff member. There wasn't even an apology. Furthermore, the hotel website stated that two-bedroom villas offered meal selection, but after checking in, the staff said, "Because the hotel's occupancy rate is high recently, we can't offer meal selection; you can only eat at the buffet." In reality, there weren't many guests dining, and the buffet was just leftovers from one meal being reheated and served to guests for the next… I can only say that the experience in this 1500 RMB room was terrible and not worth the price."

Honestly, I couldn't get used to the breakfast; it was very salty and spicy. I suggest it be improved. The entire block lost power around 1:00 AM. There was no air conditioning or elevator, so I had to go to the bathroom and carry my luggage downstairs in the dark. It's not the hotel's fault; the power company was incredibly slow to fix it!"

"Paid over 700 for this room in Baoshan, and honestly, it was just okay. First off, it's basically one of those uniform buildings you find in an urban village, sectioned off and converted into a B&B. So, the extent of the renovation was quite limited. They're essentially rural houses, and my room had a strong renovation smell. Secondly, the ground floor's public facilities, including the hot spring, seemed unused and pointless. To get to the room, you have to walk up a metal staircase, which felt more like a fire escape. The front desk also seemed understaffed. Overall, my experience was pretty average. I only booked this place because of its proximity to Qinglong Street, but even Qinglong Street itself wasn't really worth visiting."

They quickly prepared our room and even gave us complimentary fruit and flower cakes. They also helped bring our luggage to our room. We wanted our clothes dry-cleaned, and a cleaning lady at the dry cleaning room washed, dried, and brought them to our room for us. We've never experienced this service at other Ji Hotels.
