Hotel dengan dengan Fasilitas Fitness & Gym di Jenewa

I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

The reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.

Kamar tidak terlalu besar, tapi bersih. Perabotannya standar saja. Kunci pintu kamar sudah ketinggalan zaman dan kurang praktis untuk dibawa. Kamar mandinya bersih, namun menu sarapannya sangat biasa saja. Untungnya, hotel menyediakan tiket transportasi umum gratis, dan ini adalah nilai tambah yang sangat baik.

Stafnya ramah sekali. Kami berjumlah tujuh orang, dan begitu saya masuk, staf resepsionis langsung mengenali saya dan proaktif membantu membawakan barang bawaan kami. Perlengkapan mandi dan ketel air panas tersedia. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah lokasinya yang dekat dengan rel kereta api, sehingga ada kebisingan dari kereta yang lewat. Namun, kebisingan tersebut masih bisa ditoleransi. Bagi mereka yang sensitif terhadap suara atau memiliki masalah tidur, tempat ini mungkin kurang ideal.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

Sebagai hotel bisnis dengan fasilitas minimal, tempat tidur dan pancuran, serta kenyamanan dekat bandara, hotel ini lumayan. Sarapan prasmanan seharga CHF32 sangat lezat. Jenewa memang kota yang mahal. Minggu ini, sepertinya ada pameran/acara di kota yang memadati hotel dan menaikkan harga. Yang perlu dikeluhkan: pancurannya tidak berpintu, jadi kamar mandinya basah kuyup. Tidak ada fasilitas seperti sandal, sikat gigi, dan pasta gigi (Ya, selamatkan planet ini...). Dan shower mixer-nya memberi Anda 3 pilihan: dingin, panas, dan dingin-panas-dingin-panas... Jadi, mandi saja sudah jadi tantangan. Bayangkan hotel-hotel ”jaringan/merek” ini, karena itulah yang Anda dapatkan untuk meningkatkan EPS mereka dan menyenangkan para pemegang sahamnya. Tidak ada hubungannya dengan keramahan.

Lokasi hotelnya sempurna. Stasiun Kereta Jenewa berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki, dan halte bus hanya berjarak dua blok, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk bepergian ke berbagai kota. Dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel dengan harga serupa di area yang sama, eksterior hotel relatif baru, sehingga terasa seperti hotel baru. Kamarnya persis seperti yang dijelaskan online, dan pemandangannya indah, dengan pemandangan danau sebagian. Hotel ini juga memberi kami voucher transportasi dua hari, yang memungkinkan kami untuk menggunakan transportasi gratis di pusat kota Jenewa. Saya sangat senang! Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada teman-teman saya!

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
