Hotel Bhargav Grand is my go to hotel whenever I visit Guwahati. The staff are very courteous and mindful. Property is clean and well maintained and spacious. Especially thanks to Julina who cleaned my room and Abdur Rashid for good guidance.

They are very unprofessional. They even didn't ready the room. Already informed them about the time of arrival. Their process is very slow. Ac is not working properly. Room is smelly. Mosquito was there. Mattress was not good. Overall terrible stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in the delux room at hotel bhargav grand in early week of septa 23 and found the hotel to be lacking in basic amenities. There was a used coffee cup instead of a clean one. No teaspoon provided to prepare tea/coffee even though a water heater ***** with teabags/coffee satchet was kept in room. No stationery or even handtowels in the room. A small fridge could have been provided as room is quite spacious. Room needs maintenance, more frequent thorough cleaning especially the walls and a new coat of paint. Bathroom is very basic but with a towel rack on top of the commode which though interesting is very difficult to use. Again more thorough cleaning required. The lock in room was not working properly and i had to call housekeeping to get it recharged by sending it to the reception which again could have been avoided if the management had done their job. Food is okay okay nothing great. Some of staff was helpful. Location is not that great as it's far off from main shopping centers but it's near the airport. Few eateries are within walking distance from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with a lots of varieties.

There is no service in the hotel, the staff behaviour is very rude and are irresponsible, the food is average, room is not hygienic, they gave me an old dirty room. Please don't book this hotel it's not grand as it's name suggests. I would advise you to book another hotel.
