I stayed at this hotel during a week-long business trip covering Gulbarga, Bidar, and Bijapur. The overall experience was warm and welcoming. The staff was courteous, and the services were consistently good throughout my stay. The breakfast and dinner served here were not only tasty but also easy on the stomach — something I truly appreciated during a packed schedule. Due to extraordinary circumstances, I had to travel to Bijapur and opted for the hotel’s in-house taxi service, since Ola and Uber are not available in Gulbarga. I was pleasantly surprised by the service — Veer, the driver assigned to me, was extremely polite, punctual, and helpful in every way possible. I would strongly recommend using the hotel’s cab services with Veer as the driver. It added great value to my trip, and I’m sure others will have a similarly smooth and satisfying experience.
