We had a pleasant stay at this comfortable hotel, located in the middle of nowhere—perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The bedding was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The only minor issue was the heater, which couldn’t be adjusted. However, we solved the problem by turning it off, and it worked out fine for us. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and we appreciated the effort the hotel put into providing a clean and cozy environment.

The room is so clean and spacious. Nice view and beautiful scenery. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve booked 4 days 3 nights and I cancelled 1 night as I need to go to Nagoya and then the staff just approved even though on the trip.com policy said this booked cannot be modified. Thank you.

Great base to explore Gujo. There's a number of eateries around this hotel despite being located outside the town of Gujo. The “Kokindenju-no-sato Yamato” Road station is just next to the hotel and has food from 10am to 5.00pm. Thankful for the ample and free parking available to guests.

The room is big and the parking lot is big too, but it's a pity that there are no facilities for just a night stay. You can buy some snacks and wine or some drinks and juice at the front desk, and drink them in the room with a few friends when you are bored.

Because we were going skiing nearby, we chose to use the hotel as a transfer station. Although the front desk did not understand English, they used a translator to explain every sentence. Due to the heavy snow, they also provided us with information about nearby hotels that would be open. The children could play in the snow at the door, which was very fun. There are also hot springs nearby, a 1-minute walk away, with indoor and outdoor

The purpose of this trip was skiing, and we chose this hotel as our base. We went to three ski resorts, each of which is within a 40-minute drive away, which I found quite convenient. The hotel is located in the suburbs, next to a public hot spring facility (tickets are cheaper at the hotel, ¥600/person), but it is very crowded. There is also a free foot bath opposite (closed after 5pm). The room is very new, just like the pictures on the official website, and the space is quite large for Japan. The starry sky at night was an unexpected surprise.

The hotel is located among mountains and countryside; the rooms are well-equipped, clean, and the service is attentive; the public service facilities around the good hotel are good, including hot springs, restaurants, convenience stores, and free hot spring foot baths.

Although the location is not too convenient, the hotel has prepared a map of the surrounding facilities within 10 minutes on foot in advance, courteous! Also, a minute walk to the hot springs across the street from the hotel! very good!  The hygiene and facilities in the hotel are as good as ever! The hotel staff is also friendly!
