"The Chinese-style room is very grand. The front desk checked in quickly and enthusiastically. However, there was no welcome fruit in the room, there was a yellow stain on the toilet sink, and the air conditioner made a serious noise. Since we checked in late, we didn't want to change rooms. The breakfast is a standard buffet at 68 yuan per person, and it ends at 10 o'clock. When I came around 9:20, it was basically gone and they would not refill it. I saw that there were dishes on the noodles cooking area. I didn't want to eat the noodles, but only wanted to eat the toppings. The waiter directly refused me sternly. The breakfast was not worth it. We changed to a new room the next day. There was fruit provided upon check-in. There were no problems with the equipment and hygiene. However, the breakfast was as bad as the day before."

"After a long day, I arrived at the hotel wanting to shower and sleep, but the cold water had been cut off from around 9 PM until almost midnight. The toilet wouldn't flush, and I couldn't take a shower. The front desk kept emphasizing that they were working on it immediately, but if that's the case, their efficiency is incredibly low. When I called a second time, the front desk was surprised that there was still no water on the sixth floor. Shouldn't maintenance personnel confirm that the water supply has been restored on every floor before considering the problem fixed? I'm only giving the service two stars because the room attendant brought me my forgotten charger when I checked out; otherwise, I think it should be one star. I haven't had such a terrible experience in years. (The front desk offered me a breakfast voucher as compensation, which I refused. After all that trouble getting water until after midnight, they still thought I could get up and eat breakfast—I really appreciate that.)"
