Ulasan MANDALA HOTEL

Saya rasa saya membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk menginap di Tianlong Bay Hotel, dan saya tidak kecewa. Lokasi hotel sangat nyaman. Anda dapat memanggil taksi di lantai bawah untuk pergi ke tempat-tempat indah. Kota Vientiane ada di lantai bawah. Sangat nyaman untuk makan, minum, dan berbelanja efek isolasi. Staf hotel sangat hangat dan penuh perhatian, dan sikap pelayanannya sangat baik, terutama senyum kecil Zhang sangat manis;

Hotel dan layanan yang luar biasa. Selama perjalanan kami, kami menginap di 2 hotel lain yang merupakan HOTEL bintang 5, dan harus saya akui, Mandala adalah yang terbaik sejauh ini! Kami benar-benar kembali ke sana untuk hari-hari terakhir perjalanan kami. Hotel ini luar biasa untuk harganya! Stafnya sangat baik dan membantu. Lokasi hotelnya sempurna, di sebelah mal dan banyak restoran. Kamarnya bagus dan nyaman, sangat bersih, saya orang yang sangat memperhatikan kebersihan, hotel ini melebihi ekspektasi saya. Kami mendapatkan pemandangan yang luar biasa. Kami menerima semangkuk buah setiap hari, dan botol air baru. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari dan mereka menyediakan handuk baru, sabun, busa tubuh, dll. Sarapannya lezat, banyak pilihan untuk dipilih. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya. Jika kami bepergian ke Guilin lagi, kami pasti akan menginap di sini! Oh dan kasurnya sangat nyaman! Kami ingin satu untuk rumah kami!

So far the best hotel we’ve stayed in China. It’s located in MIXC shopping center and has a lot of restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is on the 5th floor of the bloc on the right side. As you enter turn right to the elevators. We got upgraded as the room was not ready for our early check-in. The staff tried their best to accommodate us and ensure we had comfortable stay. Fresh fruits everyday, more water bottles if requested. Free laundry on the 5th floor. No smoking odor in the room and corridors. Just one thing is that it’s mysteriously cold in the room even in 30 degrees outside. We even had to turn on the air conditioner on heating. But I think it rather serves as a proof that the air ventilation works just right. Can recommend with 100%!

The place was very clean and had all the amenities provided! The manager and staff were all super helpful and very friendly and accommodating. I needed to go to Yangshuo and with the help of the manager, he was able to get me the cruise ticket I wanted at a good price and helped organized my private car to the terminal very smoothly. He was very patient with me and so was the staff. I was very impressed with their hospitality and their service. Moreover the location is right next to the mall and is surrounded by tons of restaurants; it’s also very easy to reach the local attractions.

Loved the room! The view was magnificent. And huge also. Next to mall, so super convenient. Regret we don’t have time to stay for another night. Dint take the breakfast photo cos we were rushing to checkout for cruise pickup to Yangshuo. But the lady was very helpful and let us take whatever were cooked eventhough the breakfast time not yet started. All in all good stay.

這家酒店的前台服務真的讓人感到賓至如歸! 前台小趙態度非常熱情，笑容滿面，辦理入住和退房手續都非常迅速、專業。無論何時遇到問題，總是耐心解答，並提供周到的建議和幫助。退房還贈送了酒店伴手禮 讓人倍感温暖！整體入住體驗非常愉快，強烈推薦給所有需要優質服務的旅客!

先給酒店前台服務員大大點贊！房間安排和接待都非常周到，長輩讓我來寫點評表揚下。酒店位置在萬象城樓上，非常方便，設施也很新和乾淨，自助早餐也好吃（有桂林米粉），房間有送的水果和飲料，小朋友喜歡。有機會會推薦給來桂林旅遊的朋友入住。

地理位置很好，就在萬象城的樓上，吃啥都方便，床也舒服的，還能看到遠處的山，前台小張笑容很甜美，還給送了伴手禮哈哈，下次來還會選這兒

來桂林旅行四天三夜，選了好久才選了這間酒店，果然沒選錯，前台的工作人員們都好有禮貌！！還送了我們早餐！好開心！吃了三天！🤣🤣🤣房間好看又衛生！而且隔音好！晚上都睡得好！唯一缺點是電視沒信號。。。不過不影響，下次來還會住這一間！

酒店大堂設在五樓。所以乘坐電梯時應該向又靠近電梯。服務方面都唔錯。衹是早餐的款式太少了。基本上整體都是可接受的。如果價錢可以調低一些就好喇。
