Hotel Family-friendly Guilin

Nice big hotel in the center, just in front of a lake with 2 Pagoda. Elephant trunk at 600m, Departure for night boat also very clise.

Sheraton Guilin is a great base for daily tours around Guilin. The hotel has a lot of choices for breakfast, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the food street and walking along the river. We were upgraded to have access to the club lounge — highly recommended asking for annual upgrade. One recommendation we have is to increase the offering of vegetarian dishes — there are plenty of dishes in the club lounge that didn’t need the addition of animal meat. Avon, the manager, and her team took care of all of us during our stay.

Luna's insightful recommendations for local attractions were also invaluable, allowing us to discover hidden gems in the city. The hotel's well-maintained gym was another highlight of our stay. The state-of-the-art equipment and serene ambiance provided the perfect setting for a rejuvenating workout. We would also like to express our appreciation to Catherine, our talented photographer. Hotel is in a very convenient location for tourists, right opposite elephant trunk hill. Service quality is impeccable. The receptionists were sincere in understanding our needs and helped us by recommending local sights and eats. Hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. All thee necessary amenities were provided and complementary fruits were also given. Do check out the roof top bar which has a great view over the city of Gui Lin. Overall the best hotel we stayed at during our trip and we were very happy with our stay.

The location is very good, next to Rong Lake. Convenient transportation, parking space is available. The hotel has complete supporting facilities, and the lobby is large and quite impressive. The staff is warm and considerate, especially Ms. Meng Yan, the lobby manager at the front desk, who is very professional and experienced. She is very responsible and careful, and deserves praise. A hotel worth recommending for business and tourism in Guilin.

I stayed here during the Spring Festival, and the price was very reasonable. The lobby was decorated with a Spring Festival atmosphere, and it looked very festive. Check-in was quick and welcoming. I was really amazed when I entered the room. I have never stayed in a room this big, and the 60 square meters was really not false advertising. The facilities and equipment are complete and the space is spacious, not at all depressing. It is worth staying here!

I was originally thinking of finding a cheap hotel to stay in Yangshuo, and I saw a local recommend this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so good~ It's clean and has a small balcony. The service attitude is also good. It's really good, better than those express hotels~

I took my kids out to play. The hotel is right next to the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. The surrounding area is the Elephant Trunk Hill, which is within walking distance. We also visited Zhengyang Snack Street. The room was very clean, with a separate dry and wet bathroom, clean bedding, good front desk service, and rich breakfast. The kids had a lot of fun.

Old style hotel, refurbished and still looking new on the inside. Location is good... About 10 mins walk to most sights in town. Sad to say... Many of the shops nearby have closed down. A biggish supermarket in the basement of next building..... Very rare nowadays in China.Also has a luckin for the caffeine *******. The street behind has many small local stir-fry restaurants. The roast Goose restaurant chun ji is just around the corner.
