The hotel is nice for a short stay, close to the airport which is more important. If the transfer run more frequently would be even better.

During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard.
Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

Очень простой отель. В раковине засор, в душе плохо льется вода, пыль под кроватью и за занавесками. Хорошая слышимость, питьевой воды в номере нет.
WiFi работает хорошо. Трансфер может опоздать до 30 минут. Выезжайте заранее.

Excelente ubicación. Buen servicio de transfer aeropuerto-hotel.
El desayuno un poco caótico. Poco espacio y cuando se liberan las mesas no las limpian ni levantan los platos sucios. Hay que comer con los platos de los comensales anteriores. La comida es muy buena, sobretodo la cena. Cena buffet variada y exquisita!
