This time I stayed at Boya Mountain House in Conghua with my kids, and the experience was great! The B&B is surrounded by lush forests, and the children can get close to nature. The room layout has a bit of ancient style, but the equipment is very high-tech. The water temperature of the rain shower is adjusted by buttons, which is the first time I have seen it. There are also bathing balls in the bathing pool, and the details are perfect. The koi raised in the B&B are so fat and plump, and the pigeons are also very beautiful. You can tell at a glance that they are carefully taken care of. Watching the stars in the yard at night feels very relaxing. Highly recommended for families with children!

This trip to the Conghua Old Hot Spring Hotel in Cuidao City was a really bad experience. The hotel was renovated in the past two years, and the design of the facilities is eye-catching. I thought I could enjoy it comfortably, but I didn't expect the service to be so ”terrible”, which ruined my good impression. I was annoyed when checking in. The front desk staff told me that I had to wait for the reservation confirmation and the process was complicated. It's something that can be solved by just making a phone call to verify with the staff, but we had to go through so much trouble and rely on Ctrip's official coordination to get it quickly confirmed. Isn't this a waste of the customers' time? The room selection was even more outrageous. Even though we had paid for the room, we were not allowed to choose. The reason was that the previous guests had paid first but had not arrived yet. The whole villa was pitch black and the lights were not on. I went to the front desk and they arranged for someone to come and deal with it. They just said a casual ”I forgot” and brushed it off. Let's talk about the hot spring and cleaning. The waiter first said that there was no professional disinfectant powder, and it had not been purchased after use, so it had to be reported to the higher authorities. Only after our strong request did they spray it with other disinfectant and rinse it with water. They didn't dare to soak in the water, so they just soaked their feet. I paid for a treat, but ended up having trouble the whole time. The quality of service really needs to be improved.

The location is very good, by the Liuxi River. I upgraded the room type and stayed in a newly renovated riverside room. The temperature dropped on the day of check-in and it was very windy! The room is large enough to accommodate three people. I like the terrace the most. I can soak in the pool and drink by the fire along the river. It is a perfect place to be friends. The hotel has prepared fishing gear for each room and you can fish in the room. The breakfast is unique and It's very rich; only the room only includes a pool of hot spring water, and you have to pay 100 yuan for an additional one, which is quite stingy.

The hotel environment is very good, the air is fresh, the tea blossoms are very bright; there is a plank road by the Liuxi River, leading to the Guangdong Hot Spring ♨️ Hotel. The room was very clean, there was a separate bubble pool, there was a slate bed by the pool, and it was very relaxing and comfortable to lie on the warm slate bed after soaking in the hot spring.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a relaxing night. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities are very good, and there is free airport pick-up. There is a Miss Chen at the front desk who is really nice. I accidentally left valuables in the room because I was catching an early flight. Since I booked the room for the guest, the front desk lady found out that I had left it and immediately contacted us and helped us mail it. The customer was very satisfied. It's awesome.

Big room and good service. Front desk packed all my parcel before I check in hotel. The Staff offered to send our luggage to room when they saw our big luggage. We enjoy the short stay in this hotel. However, it is a bit far from airport, takes 15mins to airport. Don’t have chance to eat dinner due to our flight is early morning but they prepare breakfast for us to take to airport. My mom asked for extra eggs, they fulfil our request immediately. Forget to take pictures of the hotel. Here is my favourite restaurant in GZ. The porridge hotpot restaurant.

We stayed for few hours before take our flight at 2 am. Hotel provided free shuttle bus at 10 pm. When we arrived hotel cant find my booking even I give them my passport I have to show them my booking number. Room sound proof doesn’t good I can hear everything from outside even when got people walking around. Hotel is clean ,nice and the air refresher at lobby is superb.
