It was a wonderful experience. First the staff was very friendly and helpful, they were very accommodating whenever we needed anything, they made sure to bring us our breakfast to the room every day and water, it was lovely. Second, the room was very clean, the bedsheets and pillows were changed with no smell, the bathroom was clean and the bathtub too, but the first night there was a slight smell of sewers coming out from the bathtub but once i closed it it was gone. The location is a bit far from the metro and the main city, but if you prefer calm and chill you'd enjoy it. It was a very nice find and we would definitely come back again.

哎呀，説到這個酒店，我可真是有太多想誇的了！特別是那個智能馬桶，簡直是太神奇了！一靠近就自動開蓋，還有多種沖洗模式可以選擇，坐上去暖暖的，特別舒服。而且它還有除臭功能，讓衞生間一直保持着清新的空氣，真是太貼心了！
還有啊，那個軟床墊也是讓我印象深刻。躺在上面就像是被雲朵包裹着一樣，軟綿綿的，特別放鬆。無論是睡覺還是休息，都能讓我感受到滿滿的舒適感。真的是讓人一躺上去就不想起來呢！
總之呢，這家酒店的智能馬桶和軟床墊都讓我留下了深刻的印象，讓我感受到了前所未有的舒適和便捷。下次再來這裏，我一定還要住這家酒店！

The room was pretty good, quite big, quiet, with windows. The two service staff at the front desk had very good attitudes and smiles. I forgot something was in the store, and the phone communication was successfully resolved. There are a lot of food around, and there is a market. If you visit, you will stay again.

BBeth_FHad a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Renhe Baiyun Airport. As we had an early flight to catch so we selected this hotel.
We are also grateful to one of their staff, 小沈. Before the trip I had called the hotel to arrange airport pickup when we return to Guangzhou. 小沈 picked up my call, subsequently via WeChat he helped to make the arrangement. On the actual day however, we had a slight hiccup but it was resolved quickly; my contact number wasn’t a local number and the driver who was suppose to pick us up could not contact me.
小沈, who was off that day had to liaise between the driver and myself for us to get on the hotel pick up bus. So thankful for their staff who went the extra mile to ensure we are picked up safely and transported to the hotel.
Another memorable incident was we could make it for the 8am airport bus to the airport, so we decided to take our own Didi to the airport. However, when we checkout at the counter, one of the male staff (blue jacket) helped us to book a transport to the airport even though we had informed earlier and cancelled our seat on their hotel bus to the airport. It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel helped to book a taxi to send us to the airport. It was very nice and thank you.
Overall, the selection at breakfast was good and delicious; western and Chinese. Location is a little further from town but it is still a good stay if u have an early flight to catch as they offer free airport pickup to and from airport.

PPabloGiven the fact that this hotel is the most expensive in Guangzhou, I was left a bit disappointed. While all staff spoke decent English, I found most of them to be somewhat 'fake friendly', or sometimes even a bit cold. The room was large, but did not always feel that well-designed. Especially the functioning of the light switches was not very intuitive. The mattress and (default) pillows were unusually soft for China and didn't provide much support. I didn't sleep well. The hotel provides a few amenities in the room, but overripe oranges, supermarket-quality Lindor chocolates, and inconvenient carton water packages are below the standards of much more affordable hotels in China. Breakfast was tasty. In terms of location, the hotel entrance is a bit far off the street and is not very inviting. The area of the hotel is also quite dead in the (late) evening.

SshaneubrA cosy and comfortable hotel located in a neighbourhood just three minutes walk away from the Icon Mall and Jiangnanxi Station. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with our variety of requests, even going out of their way to help with research and restaurant reservations. The room smelled pleasant without cigarette smoke and was clean. The housekeeping staff did a good job with daily cleaning. We slept well at night during our four-night stay. There are many food options within walking distance of the hotel, and sightseeing is a short car or train ride away. Don't forget to enjoy the tea available at the lobby!

GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at [Li zhi Hotel] and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted Lu zi by a warm and friendly staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated and exuded an air of elegance and sophistication. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions.
My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The decor was modern and tasteful, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with high-quality toiletries. The view from my room was also breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of my stay.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while on vacation. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel also had a spa, which I indulged in and it was truly a rejuvenating experience.
The restaurant at the hotel was excellent. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being attentive and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a great selection of both local and international cuisines.
Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better. It was conveniently located near many tourist attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer.
In conclusion, I highly Liz hi hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The excellent service, beautiful facilities, and great location make it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be back again in the future.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is only a ten-minute walk away. For food, the hotel has a restaurant and a Hunan restaurant next door. It is very friendly to people like me who don't want to move after staying in the hotel. The hotel also has a laundry room. If you are worried about wrinkles in your clothes, there is an ironing machine you can use. The hotel also has free airport pick-up and drop-off service. In short, I am very satisfied with this stay experience 😀😀

KKarineI chose this hotel because of its location and the fact is has an indoor pool. The pool was very quiet and it allows proper lane swimming. Really good. However there was a bad smell in the room and small flies in the bathroom. The toilet flush wasn't working and it made noise the whole night. I informed the staff in the morning and they fixed it straight away. Overall, a pleasant experience especially because of the pool. In spite of the bad smell I will probably go back, hopefully my next room will be better. The sheets were really clean too.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
