Very clean and very best service in front desk , in room and . هتل از لحاظ دسترسی کمی مشکل داشت که قرار هست سال اینده ایستگاه جدید مترو درست روبروی هتل بهره برداری شود . استراحت در هتل بسیار لذت بخش بود . اتاق ها بسیار زیبا طراحی شده اند و تخت بسیار راحت بود ، صبحانه عالی بود و در بدو ورود کارکنان کمک کردند ، با میوه از ما پذیرایی کردند .

The hotel is very hidden in a designer park, near to zhu jiang river, but there is no tourist spot or trsin station nearby, walking to nearest train station will be 15-20mins, surrounding no much food or leisure place. Good thing is quiet. Fruit is served when you check in and went into room. The breakfast at roof top view was wow. Nearby tourists attraction by taxi is Shamian Island.

I stayed at the Intercity Hotel this time and the experience was not bad! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, and the bed was particularly comfortable to sleep. The front desk staff has a good attitude, but the service level still has room for improvement. Check in is fast. The breakfast is rich in variety and is a major selling point of this hotel (with burdock). The most commendable thing here is the room sister, patient, professional, considerate, folding clothes is particularly good, very intimate, and will leave a message to remind

Room was excellent, large clean & comfortable with a large window. Woman at checkin was wonderful & polite. McDonald’s downstairs & food options a short walk away by the wet market. What I don’t like is its location, there are currently many constructions in the neighborhood, so it’s a mess to walk around or to metro station. Hotel itself is fine, far enough from the noise, so it’s adequately quiet.

You might think something like the following: “The rooms in this hotel look quite good, and the price is very reasonable for Guangzhou: what’s the catch?” In this case, your intuitions would be largely correct: the rooms are quite good and the amenities are plentiful - the location, however, leaves a lot to be desired. You are nominally close to Jiaokou station, but the walk there will add so much time to your trip that you’ll end up taking the bus more often than not. The environs are not particularly nice: you are on a small side street in a neighbourhood of small shops and endless construction sites. Service (at least in my experience) is also weak: the bathroom fan didn’t work in our room; we contacted the front desk about it; they sent someone up and said it’d be fixed ASAP: it was never fixed.

The rooms are clean and well equipped, smart toilets, password locks. The front desk staff is also very polite. And the hotel is particularly convenient to travel nearby. The subway bus is especially fast. The surrounding environment is quiet and suitable for rest.

The hotel environment on the Internet is different from the actual hotel. After checking in, I found that there were no telephones in the three rooms and the rooms were too small to be the room I booked. I went to the lobby to ask for a room change, but the waiter explained that the other rooms were not reserved and there was no telephone. The floor was newly renovated and there were three rooms on the same floor. I did not accept this explanation and asked to change rooms. Fortunately, the waiter immediately handled it and changed the floor. There was a telephone and a larger space in the room, which was consistent with the booking information. Although the rooms were separated It's a little far, but it's much more convenient to contact the waiter with the phone. While waiting for the room, the waiter was very considerate, giving gifts and arranging for the elderly to sit down and wait for tea and water. The accommodation is comfortable and the location is convenient.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this breakfast is the top one in my mind! Not only does it have self-service soup noodles, but also fruits and freshly ground coffee. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of thought into breakfast. I will come again next time!
