Hotel di Zhujiang New Town/Guangdong Museum, Guangzhou

The location is superb as the metro station is just few steps away. When we arrived, the system was down, and we have to wait or go out for dinner and check in later. The lobby was decent with free flow of fresh ground coffee and tea. The lifts are the down side of this hotel. The hotel shared lifts with another hotel that is in the same building, and the worse is there is no security card required to go to the designated floor. Everyone can enter to any floor without card or censorship, furthermore the 2 hotels are sharing the same lifts, and sometimes the waiting time during peak hours is very bad too. The lifts also looks old due to the high traffic. The rooms are ok, small but clean, and with motorized curtain, and smart toilet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit to the fair. They truly understand the needs of travelers attending the event — from the amenities to the location, everything was just right. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options — not only Chinese dishes but also international choices. I especially appreciated the grab-and-go station with water, fruit, and bread, available both in the morning and again when returning from the fair. It was such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference during busy days. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the whole experience. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute walk to the fairgrounds or one quick stop by subway. I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Highly recommended!

The staff at concierge during 9/4/2025 gave us an upgrade to a room with bathtub. Location is great, just walking distance to all the convenience stores and restaurants. Right next to a mall. Room is huge given the upgrade.

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

We stayed at Tianhe ZhujiangXingCheng two nights. Perfect location with plenty of authentic food (my favorite is the oyster restaurant a block away!) and leisure activities! Clean facility and helpful staff. At our will be my first choice for future travel. I actually booked it again for our trip to Shanghai later in April.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent just a short walk from the subway, right next to Exit A, and surrounded by convenience stores and local eateries. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for two people. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth. The aunty at the hotel restaurant was especially kind. The food was simple but satisfying. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in the city.

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. I really have to give it a thumbs up. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel enjoys an excellent location: It is situated in Tianhe District, the CBD business district of Guangzhou, and is very close to the B1 and B2 subway exits of Guangzhou East Railway Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. It is particularly convenient to go to any area in Guangzhou. There are also large shopping malls such as Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza and CITIC Plaza nearby, where shopping, dining and leisure entertainment are all available. After a busy day, Vi can go downstairs and start a relaxing time. For business travelers, it is also extremely convenient to make an appointment with business partners to discuss business at a nearby shopping mall. The service is extremely considerate: From the moment you check in at the front desk, you can feel the full enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk sister not only quickly checked in, but also introduced the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, midnight snack time and the use of various facilities in detail. The cloud-patterned marble floor, paired with exquisite chandeliers, creates an atmosphere of nobility and elegance. Many green plants are placed in the public area, adding vitality and vigor to the entire space. The corridors and elevators were both spotlessly clean and filled with a faint fragrance. The interior decoration of the room is truly eye-catching. The three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a wide view, allowing the beautiful city skyline to be taken in at a glance. The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words. The strong sense of technology makes the stay experience more convenient and comfortable. There are also refrigerators, televisions, safes and other facilities to meet various needs of life. The hotel location is good, close to metro station but not close to 珠江新城, my room size doesn’t has a desk to work, the shampoo botols is sky high attached in the bathroom (not easy to take) but they have alternatives. Good thing is they have excellent service staff but the downside is there’s no room phone, only can communicate via WeChat.

Kids and wife enjoyed our stay at this hotel and was better than expected at this price point. The front and cleaning staff were very friendly, accomodating, and professional. Room was well maintained and clean. The king size bed was big enough for the 4 of us and TV supports apple airplay, which was great for the kid's favorite tv shows. Subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel , which is an easy and fast way of getting to Canton Tower , Beijing Road, and beyond. The gym is minimal but good for keeping my daily running routines while on vacation. Laundry is also fully supplied with detergent, sanitizer, and even a heating iron. I will definitely be coming back when i decide to return to Guangzhou.

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is very clean, and the location is convenient. There is a large shopping mall nearby with lots of food. However, the hotel is located in a commercial building. There are only three elevators in the whole building, so you have to wait patiently every time. In addition, the lobby has no air conditioning and is very hot. If you have limited budget/simple overnight stay, you can consider it.
