Hotel di Baiyun Tonghe and Longdong area, Guangzhou

The room was very clean. I booked it for my friend and he said he was very satisfied. I asked the aunt to help deliver the things and she was very polite and enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. We will recommend her to our friends next time they come.

In our second week we had to change rooms to the 3rd floor because our original room on the 4th floor was sold out. Unfortunately for the second week we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend staying here if you don’t smoke and dislike cigarette smell. The first thing we noticed changing rooms was a smell coming out of the drain in the bathroom, which we smelled while laying in our beds. the staff were fortunately helpful and plugged the drain and sprayed room spray and after turning on the bathroom fan the smell was fortunately only in the bathroom. Unfortunately after two nights we‘ve noticed cigarette smell in our room even tho we aren‘t smokers. At first we thought it was because we left the windows open but even after turning the aircon and fan on, it smelled like we were smoking cigarettes in our room and this was going on for the rest of our stays and gave us headaches. The staff tried to help with opening up the windows and room spray but the cigarette smell didn‘t go away and we‘ve noticed that it came from the aircon and fan ventilation system because other rooms were smoking and so their cigarette smoke was ventilated into our room. After shutting off the aircon, the cigarette smell stopped but unfortunately the room would get stuffy without aircon and when we opened the window it was too loud to sleep and smelled too much like fried food because of the restaurant next to us, which is why I would not recommend staying in this room and hotel if you are a non smoker and sensitive to cigarette smoke. The staff was nice tho and tried to help but I unfortunately would not stay here again.

The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. If I had to point out one small downside, it would be the noise from the street at night, but this was easily mitigated by closing the windows. Environment: The trees are shaded yyds, the vegetation is high, so there must be frogs and snoring at night. I also saw fireflies. I was laughed by the proprietress and looked out the window in the middle of the night. Facilities: Because the boss and his in-laws are operating, many facilities can actually ask if they can be used. The barbecue grill KTV mahjong table can be used by manpower boats, and you can also fish. Services: Thanks to the proprietress for running up and down to give us a few people who went the wrong way so late to take various materials 😂, we unanimously suggested ”Boss, it is better to insert a sign that can be lit at night at two corners.”

Great hotel, it’s my second time there! Big bed, clean towels, receptionists are very professional. Location is good, there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

The service is very good, the room is very clean, there is no smell at all, there is an air purifier, and the shower head has music to listen to. The children like to take a bath even more. It is also very close and convenient to Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area. The check-in experience is very good!

The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. The check-in process was super fast. They also introduced the surrounding fun places. The hotel provides free parking, which is very friendly for me who travels by car. There is also self-service coffee in the lobby that can be enjoyed at any time. The fragrant coffee starts a full day. The hotel is in an excellent location and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to attractions or shopping malls.

I've stayed here many times and it's great for my needs. Rooms have been recently renovated so they look much better. I travel light, so the communal washing machine is great. There's also a gym which has enough equipment for a fairly good workout.Close to a metro and about 10 mins walk to a mall and other shopping areas.

After a 3hr drive this was the perfect hotel to stop and stay for a short rest, sleep, shower prior to my afternoon meetings. It offer’s overnight accommodation but also short 2-4 hour rooms as well. Rooms are as per photos seen on site, very clean and quiet even though it is right next to a major road. It is a 30-40min drive via freeway to the international airport which was also convenient. Staff were very welcoming but only had limited English but used translations app to communicate. One staff member was keen to try and practice her English which was nice to see. Will stay here again when needing a room for a few hours and or overnight.
