A lovely resort, family friendly! It’s quite secluded & definitely a spot to visit if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff are pretty attentive, you’ve just got to ask the questions. Not much English around so expect to translate a lot if you do not read Chinese - not complaining, just stating a fact. If I were to come again I would buy a breakfast & dinner package. The buffet dinner was 168 yuan per adult & our son being under 1.2m tall was free. There were was a Chinese Restaurant we didn’t try & you can get a high tea package for 2 in the afternoon (for 98 yuan) which we also didn’t try. Next time! Laundry service is a 3 day turn around, so pack supplies wisely…I recommend coming with more than one bathing suit! Bring your floating toys for the kids & enjoy what this place has to offer!

Everything is perfect ... loved the showers water pressure... such a lovely and well designed hotel.. good for relaxing stay.. loved the hotel and had no heart to leave..

Good location. No have towel at hot spring. Need to back locker room. Kids land staff seems to tired. Resturant didnt refill food after 7pm.

This hotel situated at the rural area of GuangZhou near the famous BaishuiZhai Waterfall. I booked a two storey family suite with a large twin bed and two single bed for two kids. The room is real spacious, but what make the room being good value of money is the unique tunnel slide fit inside the room. Kids can simple travel between the two floors with the slide !!!! The two in-room spa offered high standard hot spa bathing. Outside front yard of the room, there is a grass pitch playground with facilities for kids. Mini bar offered sufficient drinks, snacks and fruits for the stay. The life connected the corridor outside the room to the restaurant and swimming pool. A golf cart is also available on demand transporting guests to the main lobby of the hotel. Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful who will offer help through instant message apps WeChat. Generally speaking, the hotel is actually of 5 stars standard in term of the service, environment, hygiene and facilities. I will surely come with the family again.

The hotel is located near the entrance of Baishuizhai Scenic Area. It just happened to rain, and the air was particularly fresh in the morning after the rain, and the scenery was particularly beautiful after the morning mist rose. The hotel has complete facilities, including hot springs, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor children's activity areas, and you can rent bicycles and kites. You won't feel bored even if you stay in the hotel for a whole day. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are very rich in variety, and I especially like the outdoor dining area, which is very comfortable. The Chinese restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel should also be good. I didn't eat here this time, but I passed by twice. There were many people for lunch and dinner. It seems to taste good. I will try it next time. The room is comfortable, and the dry and wet separation is done very well, which does not affect the use at all. I especially like the service. I added the housekeeper WeChat when I checked in, and any consultation was responded to quickly, and I was also reminded to eat and soak in hot springs in time. It feels very good.

Stayed for three days and two nights, very satisfied. Went from the 12th to the 14th of the first ***** month. There were many Hong Kong people in the hotel. On the first day of the stay, they were transported back by buses. Haha, but the service was not affected. The service was very satisfactory, especially the front desk butler Xinxin's service was very thoughtful. Because it was the old man's birthday, I called in advance to ask the hotel to simply decorate. The hotel also had good service and said no problem. They also sent a cake to the old man, very happy. This time I took the old man and the baby out, so I didn't leave the hotel for three days and two nights. The hotel can fully meet all activities and is very comfortable. I booked a buffet dinner for two nights and a buffet breakfast for two mornings. There are many kinds. I am very satisfied that the hot spring hotel can do so many kinds. The taste cannot be too high, but I think it is not unpalatable. It can still meet the requirements of the public. I think the buffet in the hot spring hotel is good. It is not as bad as the reviews write. There are salmon and shrimps, and the rest are ordinary dishes. The dessert is not very delicious, but it wins in cute shape. The children and I like it very much. Because it is very comfortable to take the baby to the room to soak in the hot spring throughout the whole process, it is very considerate and also prepared laundry detergent for the child to wash clothes. Fruits were delivered every day. The swimming pool is not heated, only about 17-18 degrees. The child cried and wanted to go swimming. In the end, we went to the swimming pool for a while before the child left. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds. My kids like to play very much. But occasionally there are some uneducated parents and children who occupy a certain facility in the indoor children's playground and say it's theirs. Parents also help their children dismantle the hotel's Lego plastic building blocks. They are so uneducated 😓 When I left the hotel, a Foshan Lexus next door threw the diaper of their baby's poop directly in the parking lot. I really have no words for these uneducated parents staying in the hotel. The only thing that needs to be improved is the staff in the indoor children's playground. They don't smile or are not enthusiastic. We stayed for three days and two nights. It was a bit cool that I didn't say hello to the children when I went to the indoor activities for the third time. The rest of the hotel staff I met even the cleaning lady took the initiative to say hello. Overall, it is still highly recommended to take children and the elderly to play. A very satisfying journey.

There was also a small craft room, which was really nice and allowed the children to have both quiet and active activities. We had a pleasant day. My deluxe mountain view is just average. I checked in at the front desk. When it was my turn, the staff with glasses asked me to go to the side. The staff next to me was also busy, so I was waiting. As a result, the person who came later went to her side. Why did she ask me to go over when she saw others were busy? Are you lazy? The hot spring pool is OK, but the temperature is generally high. It is recommended to add a hot spring pool for children to play in the water. After all, there are many families with children. The line at the breakfast noodle stall is very long. It is recommended to add more staff. The queue is very crowded.
