Letaknya relatif dekat dengan Stasiun Kereta Bawah Tanah Sanyuanli, namun tidak mudah berjalan kaki dengan membawa koper. Kamar cukup luas dan memiliki AC independen yang terpasang di dinding. Fasilitas dan dekorasi kamar agak tua, dan kamar mandinya luas. Secara keseluruhan kondisinya kurang baik bagi saya yang agak germafobia. Untung spreinya masih higienis. Ada pusat perbelanjaan di dekatnya. Anda bisa minum teh pagi di Luyun Tea House di lantai tiga. Sangat direkomendasikan dan sangat dekat dengan jalan kaki.

I am in complete shock and awe by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff. On the night in question, at approximately 12:30 a.m., while my wife, young child, and I were asleep, two staff members forcibly attempted to enter our room using a key card. Thankfully, the door chain—secured by my child—prevented their entry. This shocking intrusion not only disrupted our rest but also caused immense distress to my family. The justification provided for this appalling behavior was that we needed to visit the police station for verification because we were checking out the next day. This is entirely unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Earlier, during our check-in at 9:30 p.m., the staff had already raised the issue of police verification. I informed them that I had been in China for over 12 days, visiting multiple locations, and questioned the necessity of this request. After some discussion among themselves in Chinese, they took photographs of us holding our passports and return tickets before finally allowing us to check in. The next day, I interacted with the staff at the counter when depositing an extra key, yet no mention was made about needing to visit the police station. Instead of addressing this during the day, your staff chose to disturb us late at night, demonstrating utter disregard for basic decency and respect for guest privacy. When we demanded an explanation for their unacceptable actions, the staff responded with nonsensical excuses, further aggravating the situation. This disgraceful behavior has tarnished what was otherwise an enjoyable trip to China, leaving us with a bitter and distressing memory of our stay at your hotel. Such treatment is not only unprofessional but also completely inexcusable.

location isn't too bad. good for business travel but may not for family trip with numbers of people and kids. not much of food nor restaurants in the neighborhood unless you cross the tunnel to the other side of the highway to the shopping mall area. Room size is decent, bed is actually comfortable, worth the money.

As a green card holder of China, permanent residence card issued by the China, check in was some what simple at the start. It then became extremely complicated when I started to receive phones calls while out on business - for a copy of my green card ( Chinese residency card ) it was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and uncomfortable. I can appreciate that they probably don’t come across many people with this card but the level of indirect racism was just unpleasant. The whole purpose of a card being issued to foreigners to the contribution is a reward from China. This hotel made me feel like we were worthless, I will be sure to be taken this up further. We are supposed to be treated some what equal regardless of one nationality ( As I’m a British national with a permanent resident card in China ) 2nd issue I had with this hotel was that a young man at the front desk was very aggressive to another woman ( local Chinese woman ) then began to become aggressive to me, I was at the time only asking about extending my night to another day at the time. He was so aggressive, unpleasant and unprofessional- it made me feel very uncomfortable. This type of young man should never be working in hospitality. The purpose of any hotel is to represent the brand and provide a warm welcome to everyone, regardless of their nationality. This location is a place whereby nationalities from all over the world visit and I suggest all the staff need to be retrained ( apart from one lady, dressed in pink - she was very professional, understanding and considerate) she definitely needs to be located in a hotel where service is at the most important. She was very good at her job, Head-office staff really need to reward a person like her. She went out of her way to provide a free basket of fruit to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me. Thank you . 3rd problem - my room had ladies hair on the towels on the wall of the bathroom - it was dreadful- I just can’t imagine. Other than all my problems with this hotel, the location is very good because it’s near the subway near the leather markets / food shops nearby so it’s very convenient. I suggest head office that you really need to look at the issues at this hotel and promote the lady wearing a pink suit. Just also to note the other staff members at the front desk need further training as they also weren’t good. It’s unfortunate as the world is witnessing poor customer service and this is a big representation to the country as it’s the 1st experience people will note when they stay at this hotel.

The staff were really friendly. The room was cozy and clean. Good for short trips. The self service laundry was a great amenity to have.

前台高一點的男生服務太差勁了，辦理入住的時候要求安靜一點的，説好的，結果給我安排在出入口，666 房間全是煙味，以為是剛打掃完沒散味於是我姐打開窗通風，出去玩晚上回酒店還是全屋煙味，原本想着也就住2晚懶得折騰算了，洗完澡躺下連被子裏都是煙味沒辦法睡，於是打電話給前台也沒説什麼直到我們説要換房説沒有雙床房了，換了個大床房終於沒有煙味了，然而並沒有給我退差價也沒有道歉和任何迴應。房間特別舊，地板都是翹起來了，很臟。躺一會都覺得全身癢，再也不住漢庭了，永久拉黑！！！！！

漢庭廣洲三元里店房間面積小，部分房間還靠馬路靠高架，硬件方面並不佔優勢，價格也不便宜，在猶豫中看在出行方便，走幾分鐘就到地鐵站，去頭車站，機場交通都很方便，原來入住過潮洲的師範學院店，各方面體驗都好，於是就在這訂了1間房。對三元里的這個店並沒抱太多希望，進店以後，我們將需求告知了前台，小妹給我們預訂的房間進行了升級，並熱情地為我們提供方面，使我們感受到了温暖。灑店的服務是一流的，各方面為客人着想。如：衞生間的洗澡的籠頭，放了高低2檔。早餐原來規定早上7點以後，你如果要去機場，7點之前就為你準備好了早餐，並提供食品袋方便。優質貼心的服務彌補了硬件上的不足。為你們點👍👍👍👍👍
