Ulasan Lixin Hotel (Guangzhou East Railway Station)

The counter 1 younger girl is horrible. The young chap and 1 older girl are very nice. My hotel room is next to the railway track....so is quite noisy

The toilet is leaking water and the drainage is poor.. hope that they fix the toilet water taps.. overall bed is comfortable and good for short stay.

Wi-fi Internet service is available for only the guest with Chinese mobile phone. I'm from foreign country and I don't have local Chines mobile phone and I could not connect.

Very nice hotel near the Guangzhiu East railway station. There are restauranrs nearby. The beds are firm and nice. The only downside is the washing machines are not equipped with detregent.

Stayed 4 nights and room is cleaner, bed is comfortable. Location is good and convenient.

The location is good proximity to Guangzhou Railway Station. However the check-in service isn't too great. It took quite a while to handle the ~2-3 guests in front of me (waiting ~15 min to check in). They asked for a 200RMB deposit, but didn't provide a receipt or anything for the deposit - which I was a bit apprehensive of since it's cash. Though they did pay it back no questions asked. The room is OK, but for the price, I would at least expect it to be properly clean. However as you can see from the photos, the edges of the floor were visible dirty, as were the sealant in the bathroom. I think for the cleanliness, a more appropriate price would be like 150RMB/night (not the ~300RMB/night I paid).

The hotel very near to the railway station, however when it comes to raining, it is no cover at all. Hotel itself is quite good and overall still consider okay.

If the location wasn’t good for catching speed train at east station, I would not have done booking with this hotel, the entire experience was bad, very unprofessional! I was there waiting for the room to be cleaned till 4pm, front desk never informed me at all until I went to them n asked for it.. Another issue, when I asked to arrange at same floor, the male staff at night didn’t bother to check n reserve, said they could not arrange at all, rooms were limited, even I had asked a day earlier before they said it..I didn’t come to front desk on the day of check-in, but asked advance, how could it happen? A day earlier, can set 5 rooms at same floor? The new booking with this hotel got even weird, I provided booking number, they could not find at all until I showed them photos, then they did it.. am I missing any? What an experience in Guangzhou! Damn fxxk!

Not too bad for the price. About few hundred meters to Guangzhou East railway station (need to be there as expecting someone). Note that hotel is always not reflected if you book a ride. The hotel just in front will always be the pick-up (not the hotel's fault I guess). Room is big albeit a little dated. Eateries, restaurant etc and a family friendly spa nearby. Metro is nearby too

Good location, near railway. Best option if you need take train in the morning.

The location is little bit difficult to find. The workers don’t pay good attention when you come in. The carpet is dirty. In our room the bathtub was not working well and our bathroom was flooded because of it. The smell in the corridor also was not pleasant.

Was good for the price we paid! Housekeeping changed our shoes and towels everyday. The view was lacking a bit but the location is convenient and easy to access from the train.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Guangzhou and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, particularly for travelers, as it is conveniently situated near both the railway station and the metro station. This made getting around the city very easy. The room was equipped with a tea set, which was a nice touch and added to the comfort of my stay. However, I found the beds to be quite hard and the pillows rather high, which may not be suitable for everyone. Despite this, I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou due to its prime location and overall convenience.

O would rate higher but the bed has no mattress. Just the box spring. Very hard. Great location and decently clean
