住了很多次潮漫系列酒店，體驗最差就是這次。首先房型沒有如訂單顯示去升級，第一次給了尾房然後衛生間情況很差，其他房間浴室是有門的，而第一間給的尾房是浴簾，要求之下換了房間，一件房間就有極大異味，並且一入住就發現浴室不能去水，後來前台安排維修人員處理了，但是房間的臭味真是一直存在。因為本身行程很忙，想著多一事不如少一事便不想換房間，但真是失望至極。以後也不想要住潮漫系列了。作為一個鑽石級別用戶，這是我第一次做出評價，真是惡劣至極！！！

我們住兩晚，第二天是凌晨1:00左右到酒店洗漱完開空調發現空調並沒有用 凌晨6去打個前台服務説工作人員沒有上班，然後辦理退房、説給我上報處理 到現在12點了 不管不問

地理位置方便，距離海珠廣場地鐵站大概走路6.7分鐘的樣子，周邊都是吃小吃的地方，煙火氣濃烈，酒店總體乾淨，衞生間馬桶是智能的。服務員也很友好。還會再次選擇的。

這家酒店不得不佩服的五體投地！
服務：因為有長者，我特意訂的攜程提前入住權益，提前到8:00入住，就是為了到達就能馬上入住，結果我到達時間13:50，被前台告知需要等半小時才能進，原因是房間還在打掃，前台原話：“我們就是本來就是14:00退房的，我們在打掃，你等半小時吧。”很氣憤地打了攜程客服💁還是沒解決，我14:23進入房間裏，客服回我電話，説酒店回覆他們已經入住，當時14:30。不知攜程的提前入住權益是雞肋，還是酒店看不上攜程網訂單？我在大堂等待時，一個人推門進來，直接有房，比我提前入住。
攜程也是敷衍的給點優惠券，一點沒有用。
衞生：雖然酒店的衞生從早晨8:00到下午14:00都在打掃（姑且當作他們在打掃吧）我進門後一地頭髮。枕頭芯是有很多污跡的（有圖有真相）。
📛淋浴噴頭是最省水的霧狀，壓力山大打在身上會疼，但是就聚一點點水流。
⚠️空調永遠26-28度，在廣州這天氣屋裡很熱！電工説房間大所以冷氣不夠，我X，好吧就當我沒住過20米大的大大大房間。
⚠️空調風口裡有個一直閃爍的小紅點，電工來説是空調的燈，但我去隔壁家看就沒有。
我嚴重懷疑給了我一間不正常的房間，換了一個房間，結果給我了4層的最盡頭的房間。而且樓層跟電梯不符，我謝謝你們🙏

Stay in a windowless double room. Size just nice. Bed got creaking sound. Toilet seat space is too narrow between the walls if you are over 90 kgs in weight.. Front desk service is good. Lift and room lobby carpet are a bit run down and not clean. Street outside the hotel is very busy and dangerous with many e-bike and bicycle riding against traffic flow on road and on pedestrian walkway. Good location if you have business nearby.
