Hotel was classy and staff kind. Some English language skills which made things easier. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Pretty soft bed also! The continental breakfast was a nice variety of Chinese dishes. Easy walk to subway or Clifford wonderland.

房间很好，前台esa 服务很好 Esa met us at the front desk, speaking English to us immediately. She was friendly and helpful. We moved here after our original hotel was not quite what we expected. The location is great for families near Clifford Wonderland (a large mall type facility with a child’s playground on the lower level). Highly recommended the breakfast too :)

Am very impressed with the services provided by the team at Clifford Hotel. Right at check-in I've already got the warm welcome by Ms. Ling Xu (許) who offered additional amenities to avoid fall in the shower area. Later on when I found out that I needed help with my luggage, Ms. Xu came by personally to offer her assistance. When in vain, she immediately arranged the other support team. The issue was resolved within the shortest time to my total satisfaction. Public transportation is very convenient too. I really enjoyed my stay at Clifford Hotel and have no doubt to stay with it when I visit the area again

Big room with all the necessary amenities. Clifford Wonderland had lots of food options, so the location is great.

Very convenient, just one metro stop from GZN direct train station. Lots of restaurant, and have a big supermarket near by... Will come again nezt time.

The service was good , the rooms are big enough they have elaborate breakfast. It’s inside the Clifford neighbourhood, is also close to Chimelong safari park .

Very nice hotel and good location to staying. Allow early check-in and late check-out. Spacious room condition and king bed size . Super strongly recommended.

For the breakfast, it's good to provide a reasonable variety of choices given the low cost. Suggest to provide drinking water in room temperature or even cold water in summer. There shall be soy milk, besides milk to serve vegetarians.

Comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast spread could have been better, very minimal options for vegetarians. As you would imagine around the area, communication with hotel staff for non Chinese speaking is a huge challenge
