大晚上凌晨兩點入住，一進門一衹小蟑螂迎接我。來不及踩死，逃走了。到了床旁邊，又有一衹。住招待所都沒有這麼差的衞生吧。打電話給客服，説他們已經做過消殺了，衹是意外，讓我放心衞生。我提出換房，誰也不願意跟蟑螂🪳共睡一晚吧。客服説已經沒有房間，可以第二天退了攜程給我個優惠價。結果第二天，我攜程買313，這麼差的衞生條件他們説衹退30？還説房間有蟑螂是正常的？我從來沒見過哪個公寓衞生條件差到有好幾衹蟑螂的，如家都沒有吧？説他們消殺過了，控制不了蟑螂從下水道爬上來。熱知識，消殺包括下水道。我不能接受衹退三十，要求退100，給200也算我勉強住一晚給的房錢了。客服就馬後炮説昨晚可以説給我退房的，並威脅説要報警，那我哪能被動，就先撥打了110。派出所給我打電話確認情況準備出警時，他們欺軟怕硬又説算了。做住宿的有蟑螂不管什麼原因，就是你的問題！消不消殺過構不成任何藉口。如果做住宿都保證不了基本的乾淨衞生，建議別做。
