Ulasan ARTHUR HOTEL CANTON TOWER GUANGZHOU

Hotel yang sangat khas dengan transportasi yang nyaman. Itu hanya pusat perbelanjaan di stasiun kereta bawah tanah Jalur 3, dan jalan makanannya juga sangat ramai. Sangat penting untuk naik kereta bawah tanah untuk sampai ke Menara Canton. Minuman juga dikirim di lemari es, dan ada gym dan ruang binatu gratis. Ada restoran Kanton di belakang yang sangat nyaman.

Menginap untuk kedua kalinya, overall bagus, fasilitas baru dan lengkap, lokasi bagus, perjalanan nyaman, sikap pelayanan sangat baik, bersih dan sanitasi, sarapan enak, dan relatif tenang. Beberapa kekurangan 1. AC di kamar individu masih bau. 2. Proyektor di ruangan yang berbeda tidak disetel dengan nama perangkat yang berbeda, yang menyebabkan masalah dalam proses proyeksi layar. 3. Kecepatan jaringan secara keseluruhan perlu ditingkatkan.

Sejujurnya, ini benar-benar hotel yang pasti akan saya kunjungi kembali setelah saya menginap. Saya khawatir ketika saya melihat beberapa ulasan buruk, tetapi ternyata saya tidak khawatir sama sekali! Bersih dan higienis, sikap meja depan atau bibinya super tak terkalahkan! Stasiun kereta bawah tanah di lantai bawah sangat nyaman, dan Anda dapat menikmati makan, minum, dan bersenang-senang di dekatnya~ pengalaman yang sangat bagus

Lingkungan hotel cukup bagus, walaupun tidak sebesar yang diharapkan, namun tetap terlihat sangat nyaman. Selain itu, pelayanannya juga sangat hangat, apakah itu koridor atau meja depan akan menyambut Anda. Satu lagi yang meledak adalah robot layanan. Saya memesan takeaway dan mengatakan itu dikirim ke meja depan. Setelah menunggu beberapa saat, saya membuka pintu dan menemukan bahwa itu adalah robot, robot yang sangat lucu. Semua dalam semua pengalamannya sangat bagus, akan datang lagi lain kali.

Overall Experience was good. The room size is just nice. The bed and pillows are comfortable. only 5mins walk away from nearest KECHUN mrt ( very easy and good to travel around using the MRT) I like the Movie Screen which was awesome. Would prefer if there is more ENglish hollywood movie in the App.

Hotel location near to Kecun MRT with 200m walking distance. The hotel breakfast is nice with variety of selection. The room is super nice with big LED projection screen and bath tube with excellent view.

Convenient location and very comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

The overall impression is good, but the during the check-in the reception completely forgot to tell us about the complimentary afternoon tea and therefore I couldn’t try it.

The whole experience is nice loved the projector in the room and it also provide free self laundry service really save my jacket after eating 螺蛳粉 ^^. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant below is best for supper. The location is very near to mrt station just 1-2 mins walk super convenient the whole cleanliness is also good.

A unique boutique hotel. nicely designed. Offer free afternoon tea and cocktails. Breakfast is also quite good. overall a great experience.

It was such a shame that I could only stay one night because I visited for transit before going to another country. The location and interior of the hotel were all satisfactory. Still, the best thing was the staff. All the staff were kind friendly. Especially, thank you Xiao Lu and Xiao Yuan. I had to pay for the taxi I took, but I had a problem with the payment, but they handled it very professionally and flexibly. They helped me with the payment first on my behalf. I was touched by the service. One thing that was regrettable was that I made a reservation because of the tower view, but I can no longer enjoy the tower view because of new tall building in front of them. But it doesn't matter at all because the tower is close by. I would definitely like to visit again if I get the chance.

Excellent amenities. Like the big screen projector, free Evian water, delicious breakfast. Complimentary evening cocktails. Terrible wifi connections. This need to be fixed. Totally unacceptable. Good metro connection within 5 mins walk. Surrounded by many eateries and shops.

everything is good, except its wifi ability in the Room need to improve or upgrade, it was not smooth at night time once many guests are using, it affect not just the WIFI , but also affect the use of TV....

Very close walk from Kecun Metro Station coming from Lime 3 Airport. Room was amazing and wish I could stay longer. In town to go to Textile Market which is on station away.
