The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well this time and did not hear other sounds. The hotel is close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. There is Meiyijia next to it that opens until early morning, which is very convenient.

Very comfortable all seasons, check-in was quite smooth. Checked in just in time for the winter solstice night, with a warm little card. Good soundproofing, quiet and not noisy, the front desk lady was also super nice~

There is construction going on around the hotel and it was very noisy. It started at around 7am in the morning. When we checked in, we asked the front desk if there would be noise from the construction outside. The hotel told us that it would not be noisy the next day, but we were woken up at around 7am the next day. We called the hotel three times but there was no solution. There was no apology and we even asked for earplugs. As a chain hotel, this kind of service attitude and problem-solving ability is really worrying. If the front office is like this, you can imagine what's happening upstairs. The experience is very, very, very bad, and the service is also very bad! And I think if the hotel is not sure whether there will be construction, they can tell us so that we can choose to stay or not, instead of not informing us in advance and waking us up without being able to solve the problem. It's a very bad experience!

The service at All Seasons is very good. The reservation was confirmed quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The laundry service was delivered to the door. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. The room was very clean. I will definitely come back to stay here~

The front desk manager drinks drinks in front of the guests, 5. Arrogant and indifferent when encountering complaints, 6. When reporting room hygiene issues, the housekeeper will complain to the waiter at the door and then come in to clean, completely ignoring the guests. This is the first Four Seasons 5.0 in Guangzhou. It should be a benchmark project in theory, but what I see is only an empty shell without connotation. No matter how many fancy things there are, they just imply that they think they are good, and they don’t consider the problem from the customer’s perspective at all. The two most basic things when staying in a hotel 1. Hygiene, 2. Service, can’t be guaranteed, what future can we talk about?

I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor service! It’s the first time to stay in a full season, and it will also be the last time! I checked in at 3 a.m. and went to bed around 4 a.m. after washing. The front desk called me around 11 a.m. and told me that I had to check out of this room at 12 a.m. and asked me if I could extend my stay? Even the hotels I have stayed at, even if they are worse than the All Seasons, check out at two in the afternoon. When the front desk calls, they will not check what time the guests checked in. Is this really a good way to wake up the guests? Also, the washbasin was dirty with yellow stains and the smart panel was stupid! There is a construction site nearby, and there is the rumbling sound of the air conditioner outside the room window. Please consider this service when booking a room!

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway station. Although the distance seems quite far from the map, it actually doesn’t feel that far on foot. Next to it are parks and sports parks, as well as office buildings. Basic facilities are available, but you still need to walk for 5 to 10 minutes.

The hotel has a good environment and complete facilities. The parking lot is large and convenient. Umbrellas, water, and room supplies are available at any time in the lobby. Free laundry and fitness are available. There is no grid in the room. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good!

The bed is soft and comfortable. The room service is very good. The robot delivers things in time. The front desk lady helped arrange a suitable room. I am very satisfied with the stay.
