Convenient location, around 5-10 mins walk to the nearest 2 metro stations. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful, some spoke English. Room was spacious, clean, had comfortable bed + pillows and does not have cigarette smell. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price.

We checked in at 11pm and gave two kids small snack bags to replenish their energy! The service is very good and very good! Clean and comfortable! There is a robot delivery service, which is in place and satisfactory! Recommended!

The location is very good. Although it is a cheap hotel, it is very clean and feels safe. There are many delicious places around, so it is suitable for travel. I will choose this hotel next time I go there.

Booked Rooms For business trip to canton Fair . Only 3 minutes walking away to metro station is Zhongshanba . It is far 40 minutes to the fair complex taking metro line 5 then change to line 8.

I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel despite of other reviews i have seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. 1 thing that i think could be improve is the lift to the washing machine area. The lift is confusing if u are only having a short stay in guangzhou. But overall i had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to friends and family. I took a video instead of photo so heres a corner of the room.

We checked in at 1:30 pm and the hotel had already finished cleaning and there were many empty rooms. We were given two rooms on different floors, both at the end of the building (the hotel is close to the elevated road, and the closer you are to the end of the building, the louder the noise). Later, I found that the mattress material of the 1.2 small bed in the family room was different from the other beds. I went to the same room next door where the lady was cleaning and confirmed that the mattress in this room was abnormal. I asked the front desk to change the room and got a bed. It was a normal room, and this time we changed rooms to another floor, a middle room. The two rooms we booked were on the same floor, and the other room was a king-size bed room at the end. I didn't tell them to change it because we were traveling with a family. My family was afraid of trouble, but I was furious after all this. I want to say that it is now normal for families with elderly and children to travel together. Hanting Hotel did not do a good job in encountering this kind of differential treatment. I can imagine that the hotel was worried about our noise, so they arranged us far away so as not to affect other guests. However, we did not bring children with us. There were many vacancies at 1pm, so we arranged the last rooms on different floors. One of the rooms had a mattress. An inherent problem. Although we changed rooms later, the initial arrangement was malicious and the whole process was very disgusting. Objective comment, please think carefully about this place. Even though Hanting is a chain brand and it is the new Hanting version 3.5, the service may not be very good. 2. Even though it is newly renovated, some of the equipment is old. There are large old stains on the air guide plate of the air conditioner outlet, and there is a smell when the air conditioner is turned on. No matter it is a king-size bed or a twin bed, the air is blown towards the bed. The toilet seat and lid are old and yellowed, with many scratches from use, and there is no silent lowering. 3. The hygiene is good, there is no odor from the sewer pipes, the bedding is very good, and the bath towels are of good quality. Safety management complies with regulations.
