Superb location that situated at mrt station (gongyuanchuan station 公园前站), also alot malls and underground shopping street around this condominium apartment hotel. The room super spacious, thus we have no regret to book this for our last two nights in guangzhou, as we bought many things and need spacious place to land our luggages on the floor. Water pressure so so but stil bearable, but they should have offering 4 pillows for a large bed instead of 2 only. Overall, i will be staying here again as specially with family

I stayed at this hotel with my dad, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location was very convenient for us. I was also lucky to have Ms. 妮妮 assist me. She went beyond her job scope by helping me check tourist information and providing clear instructions, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to her help, my dad and I had a smooth and well-planned trip in Guangzhou. Additional notes: -To check in, access the Mercure hotel lobby and take the elevator to the 10th floor. -The bathroom has a door and is not transparent—helpful for anyone who might be concerned about privacy.

Awesome and Fantastic Front Office and House Keeping Staffs are so passionate friendly and provided extremely excellent services and all Mercure Guangzhou always so beautiful smiling face at all times. Besides that, so conveniently our daily stayed have excellent facilities Washing machine and Dryer machine wash dirty clothings and also Ironing Clothings too for in-house guests. TAP Water require to improve better quality for in-house guests to use as boiled water enable to make own hot drinks and drinking water for 4D3N stayed from Mei Leng of Malaysia guests. Definitely, recommend everybody to book stay in MERCURE Hotel all over the world by my Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others Websites.

The front desk service is very good and efficient, despite a lot of commotions at guest checking in and out. The hotel has some age. Small rooms. Still ok to stay. Musky smell in the aircondition, but it doesnt bother me much as i open the windows and outside temperature is 15-18 deg on most days.

Very nice hotel and very professional and kind staff, being at the front desk, the restaurant and the cleaning services. The breakfast offered a great variety of Chinese and Western food. The location was fine, although I thought I could walk to many more attractions; closer to the downtown area may be a better choice for tourists. There is a laundry room, but only two washing machines and one dryer. It was a little annoying because the machines were always busy, so I had to do my laundry at midnight when one machine was finally available. My main concern is the lack of English speaking staff. Checking in was not easy because I was looking for the Qiuguo Hotel. However, the sign says ”True Go Hotel” -- be aware. I asked the staff at the front desk whether it was the same place and if they had my name, but communication was very difficult, even if we were using a translation app. I had the same issue when asking someone to help me use the washing machine and when I needed the young man to call a taxi to the airport for me. When looking for a hotel in China, I make sure to read the description of the hotel, where I would see if they provide services in English. While this hotel mentions English, they do not speak English, unfortunately.

A cosy and comfortable hotel located in a neighbourhood just three minutes walk away from the Icon Mall and Jiangnanxi Station. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with our variety of requests, even going out of their way to help with research and restaurant reservations. The room smelled pleasant without cigarette smoke and was clean. The housekeeping staff did a good job with daily cleaning. We slept well at night during our four-night stay. There are many food options within walking distance of the hotel, and sightseeing is a short car or train ride away. Don't forget to enjoy the tea available at the lobby!

The hotel staff (Sana) is very helpfull. Her English language is very nice and she gave free breakfast coupon for us. During my stay if I need anything I can contact her using wechat and she will reply and offers help. Very recommended hotel. The Room is clean and spacious, Breakfast is good, many variation, near shopping mall.
