It looks a lot better in person than it does on their website. It was walking distance from the Historic Center which is where the Cathedrals are located. Great customer service. The food was okay.,but I wouldn't choose to eat there again. But overall my experience was fantastic.

El hotel tiene un bomba de agua para subir agua al techo y cada 15 minutos se activa con un ruido q entra al cerebro , es una falla crave .

Overall the staff and the service they provided was great. The hotel is in a great location. No need to rent a car.
The city is easy to walk around. Every street is full of Mexican culture, architecture.
The hotel is a clean ,quiet modern boutique.
Other than the toilet not functioning, though it was taken care of right away.
Our stay was great. Rooms was comfortable, spacious bathroom.
Our view was great!
We will stay here again despite the minor mishap.

Wanted to extend our stay and denied it had to get another hotel, there were bed bugs in the first room, wanted to upgrade and did not have rooms available. Dinning horrible service waited more than 20min and no service

Dissatisfied with the room I had reserve with a view and didn’t had no view at all as the picture the bed was hard as a rock we didn’t sleep well. The hotel was in a okay location.

The staff was attentive. At the restaurant we had only one waitress. Couldn't take care of everyone.
