A lovely 4 night stay. Excellent hosts Tomas, Christophe and their friend Chantale made us very welcome. Bedroom warm and bed, bedding, towels and shower all top class. Breakfast a great selection and dinner high quality. Would like to stay again when weather better to enjoy the refurbished outside areas and the pool, and dine on the terrace under the trees. Many lovely towns and villages to visit within 30 minutes including Grignan on the doorstep and all in lovely countryside.

OUTSTANDING hotel, location, staff, services, breakfast and restaurant. Everything was superb. The rooms and bathroom are Extremely clean and neat. There is a welcome gift and water provided. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. The staff are top notch - friendly, helpful with 5 star service. Daily breakfast is over the top, a big buffet with so many choices and all fresh. Location also great, 15 minute walk into the village of Grignan with restaurants, shops and the castle with so much history from the middle ages. Onsite parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend. We will definately return.

Not quite sure what others see in this place, though in its favour it’s quite cheap and it’s clean. But absolutely no charm. Rooms are about as basic as you can get. Does the job I suppose as a place to lay your head for a stop over. However Grignan itself is an absolute gem.

We enjoyed two nights at La Bastide de Grignan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good especially the breakfasts and we particularly enjoyed the cold minestrone soup as a starter to our evening meal. The hotel is well situated for Grignan and the local countryside which can be spectacular. After a long walk it was lovely to relax at the pool with a beer.

Great peaceful location. Easy to get to. On-site parking and dining. The air conditioning and pool was a must during the hot weather of July. The room was basic, but comfortable. The staff made our stay. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional. A shout out to Chantel. 5 Star service. She greeted us every morning with a smile and a short chat at breakfast. Loved her! Breakfast by the way is worth the extra €. The young lady that checked us in was also very helpful. This is a well run operation. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Although we arrived at the hotel about 1 hour before check-in time, we were given access to our room. The room and hotel is spotless, beautiful smell everywhere. The rooms and public areas have very good air-conditioning. The directors Christophe and Tomas are very nice and the lady during breakfast time is also very helpful and accommodating. The lounge area and other public areas are very tastefully done. The beautiful gardens and pool area are very quiet and relaxing - if you can tolerate the crickets 😊 - but this is part of the charm of Provence. There was ample parking space and the front gate gets closed at night for security. You are given a code to access the car park and the hotel after 11pm. Unfortunately we did not get the opportunity to have dinner at Chez Elles Restaurant- we were told that the food and service is very good. Breakfast is also very good. If we return to Provence we will definitely stay here again.

Je vais à cet hotel pour travail 2 ou trois fois par mois et cela depuis logtemps. Sans rentrer dans les details de mon dernier sejour, je me permet de suggerer à la proprieté une meilleure transparence vis à vis des clients: je ne trouve pas normal de voir à 02h la nuit la porte de la chambre s'ouvir de l'exterieur sans aucune explication le lendemain de la proprieté.

Très bel hôtel, au calme et entouré d'un beau parc. Les chambres sont belles et confortables. On a apprécié le calme, le restaurant où on déguste des plats raffinés et ...quel accueil !!!. Superbe hotel restaurant le gros problème est la recharge de mon véhicule électrique restez bien assis 38,50 euros pour 4,184 Kw pour faire 20 Km , du vol manifeste . j'espère que le propriétaire des lieux va faire quelque chose ? je peux fournir la facture !!
